For a dentist- it's pretty great! I, like many others, am not a fan of going to the dentist. But the employees here make it a little easier! They are all very friendly, gentle and answer all of your questions you may have! I don't foresee myself going anywhere else for a dental visit!
These guys are awesome! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They are very good at that do and my daughter is always excited to go to the dentist (I know at her age I fought my parents about going). We highly recommend!!

Dr. Myrom is a native of the Twin Cities area, but growing up he spent most of his weekends in this area visiting family and spending time at the family getaway in nearby Starbuck. He was drawn to dentistry because of dentistrys connection to art and science, two of his favorite subjects in school. In his youth, he would literally spend hours getting lost in coloring, drawing, or painting. Today, he looks at each procedure as an opportunity to utilize that same creativity, craftsmanship and pride.
He has 20 years of experience as a dentist, and his interests within dentistry have been broad based. He has the knowledge to answer your questions about your childrens crowded teeth or bite issues. Having utilized various orthodontic appliances and braces for children and adults, hes seen or treated a wide variety of people over the last 20 years. He has experience treating the fearful patient, the patient in pain, the patient with sleep apnea, and the patient that is self conscious about their smile. He is comfortable treating most any dental issue you might have, right here in our dental practice. If its not his area of expertise, he is well acquainted with the best specialists in the area.
Dr. Myrom is married to Jenna and has three school-aged children. He is actively involved in the community, having served 15 years on the board for Glenwoods annual Waterama festival and 20 years in the Glenwood Rotary Club (where he is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow). He is also active in his local church choir, and volunteers as a youth soccer coach. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, running, and traveling with his family.
Dr. Alyssa Gullickson is a native of Glenwood. She is so happy to be back in the area raising her family where she grew up. It was actually during her Careers class at Minnewaska Area School that she realized she wanted to be a dentist. There was some advice from her dad as well, as they discussed career options in the health care field. He likes to brag that it was his recommendation that encouraged her to pursue dentistry.
After receiving her B.A. in Biology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, Dr. Gullickson graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with her DDS degree. She enjoys getting to know her patients and building a trusting relationship with them. Understanding that not all people enjoy going to the dentist, it is her goal to make each visit as comfortable as possible for every patient. She strives for perfection and is very meticulous with her work. She loves all aspects of dentistry, but is very excited about the new and improved techniques with implant dentures.
Dr. Gullickson loves to learn and reach for new goals. As her favorite author and speaker, Rachel Hollis, says, The only person you need to be better than is the one you were yesterday. She enjoys attending continuing education courses and participating in a study club with fellow dentists in Minnesota. She is an active member of the Great River Study Club, the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Gullickson and her husband, Scott, are happy to be living in the town where they grew up. When not busy with their young twins, they enjoy downhill skiing, volunteering at church, golfing, being on the lake, and spending time with family, friends, and their dog, Gus.

We have been very pleased with Dental Health Services. We've had 4 family members receive care there in the past year, and everyone has been kind, friendly and supportive, even with some rough dental needs. Our children are not afraid to return!

I've had nothing but the best experience at Dental Health Services in Glenwood MN! I have not been real happy about having to go to the dentist at all but everyone at this facility are outstanding! Friendly, warm, helpful but most importantly for me, gentle and virtually pain free! Thank you DHS!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Myrom and the staff at Dental Health Services. When my daughter was little, she was afraid of the dentist and Dr. Myrom was so patient and kind and worked with us to make her comfortable. Then my son had an accident, knocked out his permanent front teeth and Dr. Myrom met us late that night and helped us figure out what to do. He's been working with us over the last several years to help come up with a solution and what is the best for him. He's met with our orthodontist outside of his office time to figure out the best outcome and always gives us options, but advises us as the expert. If he doesn't know the answer he researches and reaches out to other professionals. We are looking forward to working with him to give my son back a beautiful toothy smile again. We are so lucky to have such a great dentist! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Glad I went here for my toothache. I was in town on vacation when I developed a bad pain in my chompers. I was able to see Alyssa and she was great to work with. I needed a referral for an oral surgeon, and after Centrasota blew me off, she sent out a second referral to Soderholm in Alex. That guy is a freaking ninja and whipped my bad wisdom tooth out in 2 minutes. Thanks for all the help!
