A passionate Dentist with extensive experience in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and cosmetic dental treatment, along with endodontic, prosthetic and implant procedures. Dr. Lauer is hardworking and committed to providing patients with a comfortable and successful experience. Dr. Bryan E. Lauer has been practicing general dentistry for over 30 years. Most of those years being here at Dental Health Services as an associate, partner and then owner. He was born and raised in York County where he graduated from Central York High School, followed by receiving his bachelors degree, in chemistry, from Juniata College. Dr. Lauer received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lauer currently is a member of Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Harrisburg Area Dental Society. He has been listed in Americas Top Dentists over the past several years along with having been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Lynda Mabene DMD is a caring general dentist in Harrisburg, PA. She has been practicing dentistry for 25 years. She enjoys working with children and adults. Dr. Mabene graduated from Montclair State University with a BS degree in Biology. She furthered her education at New Jersey Dental School. During dental school, she was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a National Dental Honor Society and Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. She graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1997. Dr. Mabene continued her education with a General Practice Residency at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ. By continuing to take classes in various dental fields, she earned a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry.

FYI..This will be a possible long read! I started coming to this practice in 1999(yes ,cave man days).In fact,my first experience was with Dr.Leur,(sp)who at that time had alot of hair!.He is a good Dr.!So,I was soon transferred to Dr.Maybene.At first I was unsure,as anyone would be with getting a new Dr.working on my mouth.I have had 4 wisdom teeth removed,and some cavities filled.All such a great experience.Dr .Maybene is great,very patient and explains things to you in a way that you can understand.I have had chipped teeth,unbelievelable how she gives you back a great smile. She makes sure you are ok with the work she has done.If you have any issues ,she will make it right.The staff ,although they have gone under some changes,is top notch.They are very professional and will get you in with an appointment quickly!They are currently going through upgrading from paper to a computer system,so be patient ,you have been warned!That's for people like myself who aren't as suave with computers.You now have to use a iPad to check into the system. I believe this could be a one time thing.Also a kudo to Dr.Mayben's techs,who keep you from drowning in your saliva and help her in lots of ways.Another kudo to the old and new dental cleaning staff..you guys are awesome.Overall I would definetly recommend this place.Its in a decent location with access to both east and west shores.Thank you DR.MAYBENE and staff..for all you have done and do for me!!!

Best dental service in my life. Dr. Laurer is amazing. Profesional, kind and very friendly. All the staff there are so pleasant. I recommend Dental Health Services 100%.

Highly recommend this practice. I had an emergency and they put me in within 2 hours. Dr Sohal is the best. The staff (front end and back end) were ALL so very kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Barb is my hygienist and she's a hoot. We enjoy telling stories and laughing together. She takes good care of my teeth, gums and offers great advice for preventative maintenance. She explains in detail what I can do for my teeth and I appreciate her fun personality. Dentists and Michelle are also great they do the job well and I'm glad that my new insurance is still accepted there! I've been going for about 4 years :)

Went in for root canal left with extreme pain for two weeks. Never got back to me to help so had to wait for next appointment. Currently at my 9 am appointment haven't been taken back yet. 20 mins late to me. Very bad service in my opinion.

ive coming here over 15 years... every single person is nice and treats you with care and respect. never ever had a bad experience at this office.. dr lauer even made a route canal seem like a walk in the park...

I called this dental office per a referral from a friend since my dental office of 30+years is no longer par with my insurance. I was placed on hold for 21min & 34secs before finally deciding to disconnect my call. So not cool or professional or productive to allow such a long hold time. Continuing with my search for a new dental provider.

I I have been a patient of Dr. Lauer's office for over 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. Barb, my hygienist as well as the dental assistants to the front office staff are friendly and welcoming. Rarely have I ever had to sit and wait for my appointment. Dr. Lauer is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable. He provides excellent dentistry and I can say that I have never experienced any pain while I was having dental work done. His talent, professionalism and caring nature are exceptional. I have referred many friends and co-workers to his practice and they like him as much as I do. I could not recommend him more highly.
