I have a HUGE fear of dentist but my dentist here at dental health is always so patient with me. He explains everything, works gently and I find myself relaxed and work done well at each appointment. The receptionist is very personable as well which is a bonus but most importantly, I wouldn't let anyone else work in my mouth other than this guy. I even moved and still choose to drive an hour away now to continue going here.

I went to this dentist about 1 year ago to have a filling that fell out replaced. I was talked into a deep cleaning of course more than my insurance covered and had to pay out of pocket. I had half of this service done and was asked to go back to finish. I asked about the missing filling and was told they never quoted me for that and the dentist himself (who was just working in my mouth for 35 minutes) said he didn't see a missing filling and It wasn't needed. I opted to never go back if he can't even see what he's doing. I don't have a fear of dentist and would like to keep it that way. Well fast forward to now they owe me over a hundred dollars back. They never attempted to contact me to let me know. I only found out because of my flex spending plan being suspended. I need medical care and need this years flex spending to get it. I have been down multiple times and called many many times. These people are making reason after reason to avoid giving me my money back and now not answering my calls. This has been going on for weeks.
