I can't express how greatful it is to finally find a Dentist who truly cares about your teeth and well being Dr. Paula DDS is down to earth and helps you show off your smile this office has friendly helpful staff that makes you feel welcomed every single time along with any questions you may have the chairs are very comfortable the views have a relaxing environment seeing the Pine tress and birds are my favorite this clinic is also very clean I highly recommend Dental Health Partners look no further this is the Dentistry place to go

Spoke to staff on phone. I am not a patient, but I had a crown dislodge, and my personal dentist office was closed with no emergency number left for me to contact. Nicole was unable to get me in, as their emergency slots were filled, however, after asking a number of questions, I was reassured and advised on how to handle the issue until my dental office opened. Thank you.

Have had the pleasure to have Dr. Paula as my dentist all my life and without amazement, Dental Health is still as a wonderful place to go to in my childhood as it is today in my adult.

The most welcoming, sincere and helpful office I have ever been to! They make your dentist appointment fun and comfortable! So glad I switched to them several years ago my teeth and smile have never looked better!

Great staff and great dentists! I love the atmosphere. Clean and classy with a kids play area and a toy machine that my kids look forward to getting bouncy balls out of after their appointment every time. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they know what they're doing. I totally recommend this office.

I was very impressed with Dental Health Partners. Not only did they make sure that my daughter understood everything that they were doing to clean her teeth. They also explained to her what was going on while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I love that they take their time with the children to make sure that they feel comfortable. my daughter is already asking when she gets to go back. Thank you for making a possible scary situation fun!!

Best dental office in town! Everyone there is very friendly and they don't pull any BS to try and treat you for stuff you don't need. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a dentist!

I love this dental office! Since COVID-19 the pre-screening and precautions this office takes is safe. I absolutely love my hygienist and Dr. Paula Kral. They are welcoming and make me feel comfortable at my visit. I recommend this dental office to everyone I know!

Everyone at Dental Health Partners is just awesome.....you have a staff that is just caring and thoughtful or your care rather than seeing a dollar sign. For a multi generational office it's a great place to get dental care, they also only recommend the best places if they have to refer you to an oral surgeon or other specialist.....10 Stars

I know it's weird to think about, but I actually don't dread going to the dentist at Dental Health Partners like I used to with other dentists in the past. Everyone I've worked with has been incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and gentle. They always give me tips for getting the most out of my dental health while also honoring the least intrusive options for care. I would highly recommended this office!

By far the best practice around. Brittni is phenomenal at explaining benefits and making sure you get the most out of your insurance. She even goes out of her way when finding appointment times that fit your scenario & schedule. Staff is always super friendly and informative. I had previously went to another office and was quoted a very unreasonable amount. Dental health partners not only saved me money but also saved teeth that others would have pulled. Highly recommended!! Update: if I could give 10 stars I would. I got home today to not 1 but 2 gift cards from you lovely souls, for being a patient and referring a new patient. You guys go ABOVE & BEYOND!!

I have been a patient at Dental Health Partners for a little over 3 years. Dr. Paula and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel comfortable, they're friendly, and they always take the time to explain your dental health to you in detail during your appointments, so you understand exactly what's going on. Their dental office is top-notch, it's spotless and it has the latest dental technology but it's also very warm and welcoming -- the girls at the front desk are always so friendly and cheerful when you walk in! The waiting room is very open and spacious and it has a separate kids section for kids to play with toys and video games while they wait. They even have blankets they can give you once you're in your exam room as a comfort item if you feel nervous going into your appointment. This is the best dental practice in the Cedar Rapids area and I plan to keep coming to see Dr. Paula and her team for my dental needs for many years to come!

When we expressed our disappointment in the company's decision to drop us as patients due to pay source/staffing issues the manager Sarah said that she was "just the manager" and that it was Paula Kral's decision. Dr. Kral should step up then and face the music when she calls her patients to tell them that she doesn't like their insurance anymore, somehow using her staffing issues as an excuse while not providing rescheduling options or a legitimate alternative provider.

I had been a patient here since 1998. My wife and child had been seen here along with me over the last several years. Our family has just been dropped from care due to a staffing shortage. I asked management whether we could be seen again after they are staffed more adequately in the coming months and they said they were cutting ties with our insurance. I asked then whether the issue was their staffing or our insurance and the manager said it was "a little bit of both." My wife and I both had appointments coming up. I had a cleaning and checkup scheduled this week and my wife needed a cavity filled next week and we were just all of a sudden told that our insurance was no longer accepted and would not be honored for these appointments or at any point going forward. It's pretty clear that they are using their staffing issues as an excuse to drop our insurance. It hurts after twenty three years and having a wife now and two children to be told that essentially our pay source means more to them than we do.
