This dental office really doesn't know what it's doing. I definitely did not appreciate how they treated my family. My wife came in for treatment, was told she need to take this medication but no one there could prescribe it. When she came back, they asked if she took the medication. But how can one take medication without a prescription. Then Dr. Carson gave us the best advice ever and to go somewhere else. I can say we happily will and everyone else should too.

Truly the worst dentist around here. My entire family went to this dentist and not a single one of us ever had a good experience with him and his staff. They make you feel really bad about yourself and even would cause one member of my family to have panic attacks during the visit due to their horrible interactions with their patients. Seemed as though Everytime we went in there was something wrong and something he had to fix further. Now that we go to a new dentist my family has had to have many fillings or other procedures redone by this new dentist due to the poor quality of the previous work.

My son had a sudden onset of TMJ that was quite severe. After seeing the both the orthodontist and a maxilofacial surgeon who offered NOTHING except further referrals for additional clinics 1+ hours away I took him into Dr. Carson. I wish I knew before I went on the ortho-maxilofacil goose chase that he has the skills and staff in place to help! Dr. Carson was 100% spot on, made a correct diagnosis and prognosis, and also offered immediate treatment UNLIEK the toehr 2 specialists we had seen previously. The staff made a custom orthodontic in house so we would not have to wait 3 weeks for an appliance, provided solid information about the condition, and also provided medical relief so that while the jaw is healing my son could function at school and sleep at night. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a sudden onset of toothache, and Dr. Carson kindly accepted me urgently. His procedure was precise and professional. I was also surprised by how quick it was. My wife was also a dentist and when I showed her my teeth and the X-rays of pre and post procedure, she said it was perfect. Next day I had to take a flight, but I did not feel any pain. very kind, professional and super skillful.

Went to Dr Carson for a few years. Staff is friendly. I was always pretty happy going there. A little less than 6 months ago I went for a crown. Have had nothing but problems since. Needed to have temporary adjusted and Dr. Carson hit the side of my tounge with instrument he was using to grind my tooth down and burned/blistered it. Also can't chew on that side now. Also be advised to wait and see how much your insurance pays first. DO NOT pay what they estimate balance due is after insurance. I am now waiting to see if I will get back a refund of what I overpaid, however, they just informed me they had to submit another claim from that date of service in June which they did yesterday almost 6 months later and after I started asking about the amount I overpaid. Feeling very disappointed and cheated right now. Update as of 12/15/18 I'm happy to say I did receive a refund for my over payment. I appreciate that so I added a star to my review.

Just like everyone else, I don't like going to the dentist. This time around was different. The staff got me in quickly and they were all very friendly. Dr.Carson was very chatty and made me laugh and feel relaxed. He was very thorough about what was going on during the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I will definitely be sticking around!

I would NOT recommend this dentist!! I was told I had multiple cavaties and got a second opinion that showed I didn't have cavities at all!! Also, I woke up in the middle of getting my wisdom teeth pulled and ended up with 2 severely painful dry sockets. Save your time, money and teeth, and go somewhere else!

Called and got a same day appointment. The dentist took the time to show and explain what work needed to be done. They were kind and professional. They used a new laser instead of a drill making cavity filling virtually painless. Highly recommend.

When getting my first ever cavity filled (in my 30s), Dr. Carson not only tore up my cheek up with the drill, requiring prescription medication, but the filling also fell out less than a year later. I'm never returning.

BEWARE!!!! I have gone to Dr. Carson for a few years out of convenience. I have had several fillings fall out. I have also had a couple crowns fall apart as well. I mean really - how can fillings last for 30 plus years when I was a kid to his only last a few months to a year??? The last one was put in a couple months ago and it has fall apart as well. One time I had a bridge done and they left gauze in the pulled tooth's space under the crown and it became infected badly! Their office prescribed pain meds that helped, but I spent several nights in unbearable pain still. This went on for almost three weeks when they finally got me in to take care of the situation. I should have hired an attorney, that was my stupidity! This dentist is as hack in my opinion, he is as bad as they come as far as I am concerned! All they want is your money!!! Lets not forget that they do not know how to treat you as a person vs you are their income! I left them a VM just a few minutes ago letting them know that they will no longer be seeing me or both of my children!!! BEWARE....
