Found this dental health center through my insurance provider and scheduled my first appointment earlier this year. On the day of my appointment, after receiving multiple reminder texts, I arrived at the office a couple minutes before my scheduled time. Not only were all doors locked to the facility, no one picked up the phone. I waited 30 minutes, checked the doors regularly, and attempted a few additional phone calls without any response. Finally left a voice-mail requesting a callback to reschedule (as well as get more information as to why I received no service whatsoever on the day of my appointment). No return call has yet to be received.

They strike me as very honest. Dr Perry not only took care of me but educated me on various aspects of dental science to further help me moving forward. Finding a good dentist is no easy task, but you cannot go wrong here!

Dr. Perry is a fantastic dentist. He cares about his patients and takes the time to explain the procedures, how problems develop and how to ensure the best oral health long term. More than that, it feels like he offers a warm connection. How many people can say they like their dentist? It's certainly the first time I've ever said it. The office staff is also very friendly, helpful and patient.

Dr. Perry was very rude and did not help me at all when I needed his assistance with previous dental work. I WOULD NOT recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Perry is a fantastic dentist. He cares about his patients and takes the time to explain the procedures, how problems develop and how to ensure the best oral health long term. Beware of the reviews -- they pay you $50 for positive reviews. I went here for cleaning for a while and it was ok but the staff regularly pressures you into work that I don't think really needs done. They finally pressured me into getting a crown put on and it was the worst dental experience of my life. Months later my tooth still hurts and the doctor's explanation was that they didn't do anything wrong it's normal to be in pain after a crown I just have to wait until it goes away. All staff turnover is really high (including the dentists) -- there's somebody new every time I was there. The staff is really unorganized, they don't help each other, they can't find things it is a mess.

I just got crowned!...by Dr. Perry & Catherine. Although it took some time to numb me yesterday (My system eats up anesthetic because of my high anxiety nature), they persevered by cutting along my damaged gum line, scooping out the gunk that had built up between my gums & tooth, scraping out my old deteriorated fillings, and prepping my tooth for the crown. Then C took a mold of my tooth & Dr. P sculpted my new fitting:) The prep part wasn't much fun for both parties due to my overly sensitive mouth, but we got through it and today's fitting was a cinch! The cap fits like a glove and I am pleased with it's appearance, especially how it covers that area between my tooth & gums. Job well done & by caring professionals! 'Caps off' to Dr. P & Catherine!

Dr Perry is one of the most intelligent and interesting Dentists I have ever had. He cares about the entire person's health - not just their teeth. Dr. Perry does specialise as a dentist, but he does more!

Dr. Perry and his whole team have taken such good care of me. Wow! So good! He is not a slap a band-aid on it kind of dentist. He looks for the root cause (pun intended) and works toward solving the problem. Very impressive.

Consistently bad experiences with the dentists (inattentive and frequently late) and they continually confused me and my husband despite us having separate insurance. Very unprofessional.
