I grew up in Concordville. I attended St. Thomas the Apostle for grade school, then completed 1 year at Archmere Academy and transferred to Garnet Valley High School. There I played Football, Baseball, and Boxing. Throughout high school, I worked in construction building/renovating homes and businesses with my family.
Upon graduating from Garnet Valley in 1990, I attended West Chester University where I fulfilled my requirements in three years. I went to Temple University Dental School, graduated and joined the practice with my father, Dr. Chris Panarello in 1997. It was a tremendous honor and a whole lot of fun to work with him for eight years. Even today our practice still has the welcoming, down to earth, fun atmosphere that Dr. Chris created. That environment still carries over today.
I am blessed with a awesome family, my wife, Jama, and our two children, Roman and Wyatt. My three passions in life are my family, dentistry, and being an assistant coach of the Garnet Valley Football Team.
I have enjoyed how the practice has evolved into the First Green Dental Building in the US. My partner(Dr. Jordan Grant) and I dedicated the building to Dr. Chris Panarello on the 50th anniversary of the practice.
I enjoy talking about construction, remodeling, green building and of course the football team. My hobbies are mentoring others, fishing, old and new cars, golfing with Dad and friends, and making memories with my wife and kids.

I felt super compelled to write this review today. Dental Health Care Associates is THE BEST dental practice in the area. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist, to the dentist; I couldn't not mention someone without a smile on my face. I had a horrendous fear of dentist, I would go, but would be trembling over it. This place feels like home to me, Dr. Jake is just the brig brightest ray of sunshine ever brought to this office. If you're looking for a dentist, this is your place.

Amazing experience as a new patient! Went in for general check up, x rays and cleaning. The Doc (Dr. Jake) is very friendly and good to talk to. The standout however was my hygienist, Jackie! Excellent work, very friendly, polite and easy to talk to. A great job all round. Will definitely make DHCA Exton my go-to Dentist here in suburban PA!

I haven't been to the dentist in ten years because of a terrible experience. I decided to try again after reading good reviews. I am happy to say my experience has forever changed my opinion. Literally everyone is so nice and comforting. They put me at ease. I had one cavity which scared me but Kim was awesome and so was the doctor it did not hurt at all. It makes such a difference when people are friendly and sympathetic and supportive. I promise I'll come in for all of my 6 month check ups from now on!

sooo disappointed. I've been a patient here for over 2 years. let me preface by saying I don't like change and I already have trust issues with dentists from prior experiences. I went to my appt today and the WHOLE office was different people. The dentist and the dental assistant I always had apparently left. I didn't even know anyone at the front desk. I never got an email, phone call, or any notification about this prior to coming in. Had I been notified about this change I wouldn't have bothered coming into the appointment, and sadly I won't be back. I then was also told that there was no dentist there and they had a temp coming in 2 hours after my appt. I work in the healthcare field this is not only bad business but shady business.

I switched dentists because I recently moved into the Malvern area. I scheduled my first appointment with Leanne over the phone and she was super helpful and friendly. She worked with me to check if my insurance was accepted or not. The day of the appointment, Leanne got my paperwork completed in a timely manner. Krissie did my cleaning and she was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging during my visit. I also briefly met with Jake who reviewed my previous x-rays and did a quick check to make sure everything looked okay. Jake also was super friendly, kind, and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, my expectations were exceeded for my first visit. All the staff members were professional and courteous. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!

Dr. Luke is a lifesaver! When I came in for an emergency visit, I had a 9 out of level 10 pain on a tooth I couldn't identify. Within an hour I walked out revived! On top of the severe pain, I had anxiety seeing a dentist. Dr. Luke and his assistant took extra care to make sure that my treatment went on quickly, smoothly and most of all painlessly! Definitely the best dental experience I have had! Big thumbs up to the front desk who managed to give me an appointment right away!

Everyone here took such care with my family. I was happier bringing my 6 and 4 yr old here after trying a couple pediatric dental practices with less satisfying experiences. Best dental experience my husband and I have ever had.

We had been coming here for a couple of years and had been very happy with their service. Last time, the hygienist was awful and extremely rude to me due to my daughter having cavities. She repeatedly spoke over me in a condescending tone. I was humiliated by the way she spoke to me and repeatedly asked me how much soda and candy I allow my daughter to have. I let her know that it is not frequent, and she then turned to my daughter, who is five, and said "how about less soda and candy from now on?". I've never been treated so disrespectfully. Though they had told me that they do work with children, I ended up having to take her elsewhere to have her cavities addressed. Nobody in our household will be returning to this practice after the treatment from this "professional".

First time at this practice today and so glad I went! Dr.Jake was fantastic and my cleaning experience with Heather was great. I'm someone who gets nervous going to the dentist, but Dr.Jake and Heather both made me feel so comfortable that I actually can't wait to go back for my future dental needs. Dr.Jake set up a plan for me and the office staff took the time to go over pricing and what I can expect out of pocket with my follow up plan. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Can't recommend this dental practice enough!

My first visit to Dental Health Care Associates was a pleasant experience, despite my general dread of going to a dentist. The office personnel were all professional, courteous and pleasant. I was seen right on schedule, everything from procedures to billing was thoroughly explained, and most of all, my procedures were pain-free!

I had a great first visit. Having had the same dentist for over 20 yrs, then my insurance changed, finding a new dentist can be a daunting task. What a pleasant surprise! Staff was polite and efficient, Doctor was thorough and friendly. Overall a great first impression!
