This place is absolutely disgusting. My sister went to get two of her daughters teeth checked in June. One of her daughters was thirsty so she drank water. She said the water tasted bad. When my sister went to check she found mold in the water. The doctor apologized and rescheduled the appointment to the beginning of September. When she went to the appointment she was 10 minutes late and the staff told her she had to wait. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Medical providers allow 15 minutes leisure time. Anyways she kept seeing patient after patient go in. When it came to her turn the doctor said that there was still mold in the water and to reschedule for another two months. Are you kidding me? You allowed other patients to be seen for two months while there is mold in the water. Out of all doctors specialists, you should def not have mold in the water. We called the insurance company and will be calling the health department. Please do not come to this place and def don't bring your children.

Just got 10 teeth pulled today. The surgeon gave me a better pain drug than normally would get else were. At the consult he said i would be aware of what they was doing. But nope i was not at all. No more toothaches. I agree with people about receptionist. Thank u.

Was going here for a couple of years and for some reason everytime I would need a filling done the anesthesia wouldn't work I would cry in pain and still they continued to go with it the when I would be on my way back home the anesthesia would start to work this place was horrible when I needed a tooth extraction they refused so I went to a private dentist I have started going to a new dentist withch they are way better SO PLEASE TO ANY PARENT PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CHILD HER. Edit I'm not an adult im a young boy this dentist once extracted 4 teeth that were perfectly fine and without the anesthesia working this place is horrible.

Horrible service. Called last Tuesday to speak to the office manager about the service I received the day before where I sat for an hour pass my appointment time and it's now Sunday and I'm still waiting for Maria office manager to call me back. They had me on hold for almost half hour waiting for her to answer. Then I called back next day and couldn't get her on the phone the person who answered the call said she would send her an email that was Wednesday again it's now Sunday and no Call Back. I will be changing my dentist office tomorrow...

Beware of this place! They will try to bill you personally for services the insurance company has already paid them for (insurance fraud!) The office has absolutely no idea what they are doing! Almost did a procedure on the wrong patient.Customer service does not respond! They should be shut down!

Had gone to this practice for years. Fell apart during the pandemic. I'm now at a new dentist, but neglect of my dental needs from this practice. Now need a lot of work. I would not recommend this dentist. Their required paperwork always seemed to be lost. One star is too much

Was evaluated by Dr. Shin who refused pain medication for a tooth that badly needs a root canal. Waiting 3 weeks without pain medication and am in constant pain. Not humane even if they office offered an appointment within 24 hours. Very disappointed in their idea of "health care." Antibiotics does not cure pain. Interior of office by patient care needs a new paint job. The medical equipment was scrapes on it. The whole operation needs some TLC. Up at night due to excruciating tooth pain that the doctor could have helped with merely giving an injection or prescription. Unacceptable.

They just called me because they're cancelling my teeth cleaning appointment that was scheduled long time ago. They always say that they don't have any higienist available. And it's been more than a year that their staff is so short and they cannot keep an higienist for more than a couple of months/weeks. So why you don't close all together? Instead having the people working there just calling customers and cancel their appointments.... it's not a well run business anymore... they went down hill in the last years... It's disgraceful!!! It's time to change dentist!!!! Don't try to go there anymore....

The service here is terrible. Waiting room wait time is 30 minutes. Wait time on the chair is another 30-55 minutes before the dentist finally walks in. They book you for xrays and cleaning but only do xrays and a check up the first visit. Then, you have to schedule a second appointment for just the cleaning. They drowned me in water during the cleaning. It ran down my neck, my shirt got wet, and everything. Not to mention I had a consultation appointment with the oral surgeon and when I got there she told me it was canceled because he no longer took the insurance. She said she called, but they did not leave a voicemail! Please don't waste your time here. They are slow. They do a lot of talking, sitting, and walk slow. Just don't bother.

Horrible front desk staff. Had an appointment at 12:20 Dec 11. Called me at 9:00 AM to come in early due to a cancellation. Arrived at 9:30 AM. Took 6 people in that arrived after me. Took me in at 10:45. Please train your front desk staff! After 20 years this was my last visit!

I wouldn't recommend this dentist. At my last appointment I went in for a filling but dentist drilled so deep that each of those teeth have been hurting since. She told me I'd need a root canal. I can't chew on the on side of my mouth. I've been calling and leaving messages trying to make an appointment before the teeth break but haven't been able to make an appointment even when I'm told someone will call me back. It seems like they're going to ignore me long enough for my teeth to break and I'll need a more costly procedure.

My special needs sister went to this dentist and it was devastating to hear from my mom how rude, unprofessional, and disgusting the dentist was. he belittled my sister and said so many inappropriate things in front of her. it got so bad m, as he said I cannot work with people like this, that my mom removed my sister from the office and left with numbness, but not procedure done. This doctor was careless, not patient and unforgivable.

I went there 10 minutes earlier for 10 am appointment. At 10 30 am, I asked the staff if I will see the doctor. The woman said my appointment was pushed to 10 30 and doctor will call me. At 11 am, I asked the staff person if I am checked in after one hour waiting and she said yes. At 11 30 am I asked if the doctor would call me and she said yes. At 11 40 am, my patience ran out and left without seeing doctor. I believe the doctors inside whoever they are were not willing to see me as I came for cleaning and examining and maybe that won't give them money they can want to get. Or the staff was just totally incapable in managing patient schedule.. Please be mindful, it is very humiliating that you let the person sit more than one hour and half and nobody came to me to explain or apologize. This was my experience in this place. I know they won't care though as they will get patients still.
