My daughter Tiffany has been coming to DHA Since she was little. She has been seen by three different dentist and two Orthodontist and the experience has been excellent. Front desk ladies are very helpful and caring. The dental assistance are great. Thank you DHA for all you do for the little ones and us adults to keep having a great smile.

This place was AWSOME !!! Made a bunch of funny TikTok's and the employees were so funny and nice but knew when it was time to get professional. Loved loved loved this place! Definitely recommend. The employees definitely made the experience very nice.

The front desk is of no help. I've tried calling to make an appointment and get help on removing my wisdom teeth because Dr. Patel told me I'd be needing to. The front desk tells me Dr. Patel will call me back soon and he never does. This is the third time I've tried to get through to him to get a referral.

Please explain the DHA policy on 'no show' from doctor (dIs th entist), so that I can move this one star to two star! Is that equally paid like a no show fee from patient ? It seems the dentist at Plainfield branch had to leave early today without courtesy to inform patient.

This place sucks.. we have been using their services since last 4 years and getting an appointment was never so bad.. but since last 3-4 months i have experienced a very bad attitude from the staff there.. during our last visit in November 2021 we were asked to schedule an appointment for my son's cavities by the doctors assistant, i tried scheduling one at the front desk but was being told by the staff that they are on lunch break and to take an appointment over the phone.. have been trying to get an appointment for since then, its been 4 months now, i have made 3-4 calls and everytime i am being told i will get a call back, but never get a call back, the call center person tells me they can just forward my message and cant do anything more, its the same repetition on every phone call.. dont know what to do to get an appointment schedule or atleast get a call back with answer to our queries.. i will never recommend this place to anyone since due to lack of timely treatment the matter can get worse.. pls pls never go to this place

Dr. Boshi Zhang is phenomenal. I am an adult who got braces in March of 2020. Had braces removed December 2021. Dr. Zhang was great at addressing all of my concerns during the process. The staff at the Plainfield office has been professional and friendly. My teeth are beautiful. Thank you DHA.

Best pediatric dentist in New Jersey. Dr. Hutnick and Jaheedah were so sweet and amazing. They got my daughter to get what she needed done. I am so happy for the services and they are wonderful. Thank you guys.

While going to the dentist isn't such a hassle, the appointments are well thought out and the commute is a good drive. The phone operating system of said Dental Health Associates is not working for me. I`ve called multiple times, for a said amount of needs from them. None of them are available to take my call. Especially the Plainfield New Jersey location where I go too. The receptionists who work there do not want to pick up my calls. Don't bother to help me when I need help from them and when I try to call them for certain needs they don't think I am available for certain things. When I leave voicemails they don't bother to pick it up. I try to get them as fast as I can but it seems they are too busy for my needs. I want them to do better with their phone operating system.

I went to this office to do a cleaning and a check up. The day of the appointment Dr Patel told me that I had to get a root canal done. I made the appointment for it came back paid $536 for it. The day of the appointment I was numb but when I got home I notice I had the biggest bruise in my cheek and the next day I was swollen and in so much pain. I went back to the office and he prescribed me the strongest medication Percocet. I couldn't handle the pain. After weeks my tooth kept hurting. Went back and told them, he told me he is going to send me to a second opinion to a New Brunswick dentist. Come to find out he broke my tooth and not only that but he also damage my muscle (in my cheek area) from keeping my mouth open for a while. Horrible office please do not go there as they don't know what they are doing. And they don't care about your dental health. I am still in a lot of pain and I might lose a tooth. Trying to go to different dentist to try to save it.

This place is okay they tell you what you and everything but they say it without any respect at all. I got my brackets fixed recently and they only do the process quickly and not efficiently because the bracket itself is lose and I can move it all around and it's not even me that caused the bracket to be lose, the bracket just fell out of place and most likely will cause the other bracket to fall as well and then I take the blame due to it not being glued properly because the orthodontist wanted to be finish before his meeting he had at 12. The doctors don't do their jobs correctly and considering my teeth were straight and my bite was great I would of been done a couple months ago but they wanted me to keep going. I can't even go inside without an appointment so I just had to wait it out and by the time I get to October I'm most likely going to have two broken brackets and then I'm put to blame again and it's just annoying how they blamed me for their actions.
