Horrible!!! They had me sitting in excruciating pain, throat swelling with my entire face throbbing and swollen for almost 2 hours!!! I had to leave to go to the er to keep my throat from closing all from a tooth!!! They will definitely be hearing from my lawyer! That's a promise!

I have had a great experience with dental health associates in the phillipsburg nj office. from kind and courteous customer service, and prompt appointment times, care and understanding, Top notch dental care, Highly recommend this business

If I could give no stars I would. My son unfortunately got his braces put on here and I am stuck dealing with them. If you like waiting hours in a waiting room an orthodontist that works one day a month this is your place.

I love the dentists and staff there. The only problem that I have with this office is that they never answer the phones. And appointments are so hard to get, they're usually months away unless it's an emergency. It's so hard to get in contact with people there. I called them they picked up and hung up on me. Other than that the phone will just sit and ring. For that reason my rating is a 4 out of 5 stars

My daughter call for an emergency appointment they told her in September. So you telling me she have to still out the pain until September. She have braces and a piece is hurting her. I call and spoke to someone I believe write down the report and she say if they don't call me back right away it will be reported..

Worst place you could find, if you get there minutes late they cancel your appointment even if there's no patients waiting. I got there late and they didn't want to see my daughter and the waiting room was empty no patients waiting. I usually don't write reviews, but this place is not a good place to take your kids.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I traveled between 2 offices to facilitate my records being provided between doctors. Now, mind you, we have telephones, fax machines, and computers. I wasted an entire day doing their job. When the other Doctor called she was on hold for 45 minutes only to get a call center. My next stop is a lawyer's office. I was pre medicated for work that could not be completed. This now complicated other medical issues.

The absolute WORST & beyond incompetent!!! First, nobody answers the phone. There is an option for a call-back instead of waiting on the line for over an hour. However, if you opt for this, your phone will ring eventually and possibly on the same day.... Without a person on the other end - just to have the line disconnect. Apparently this facility cannot figure out how to process prescriptions electronically to an online pharmacy and do not respond back to pharmacy requests. Promised records to be sent by end of day for appointment next morning...... NOTHING!!! Resulting in repetitive radiation and additional out of pocket expenses to have X-rays repeated at another facility. NEVER before had fillings fall out multiple times within a month of having them done. HOW can that be remotely acceptable?! But, according to this dental genius, "it happens." Apparently this must be the NORM for this facility rather than the exception. Explains how they get clients to return! But, in order to keep your teeth and have them fixed correctly, you have to find a competent dentist and pay a second time to fix what was previously paid for. And to make matters even worse, is the person subjected to this negligence is a child!

Treatment is great but making an appointment is a nightmare. Hold times are an hour+. I am beyond frustrated.

Be aware if you call to try to make an appointment your call is being answered by a call center. You don't receive an immediate call back. Currently waiting 3 days for a call back. . Not a good way to run a business considering some may have emergencies that don't require calling 911!

Their staff at the front desk catch an attitude every time I deal with them they dont answer their phones I had to walk in there myself to schedule an appointment. Also, they dont really take your pain seriously if you are in pain and make you wait longer

They never ever answer the phone. Even prior to the pandemic. Once you get in, they are hard working people. Not too friendly but hard working. They need to answer the phone or professionally provide a blanket voice message.

Cant get ahold of them they act like theyre so busy and theyre nasty and rude.I wouldn't trust them with my garbage let alone my teeth.Stay away .

I've been trying to make an appointment for over 4 months. When I call, no one answer and if i leave a message no one calls me back. I been to the office on different days and different times and I can never get inside the office. Are they even open for business

Very impressed with the service and you dont have to wait long at all once you check in. Dr Monica Kachawalla is awesome and does a great job at making you comfortable and just her service overall. She is always asking if your feeling okay and is very easy going and is a real pleasure to have as my dentist. They broke down my evaluation into 4 appointments - the first being my evaluation and teeth cleaning and the next 3 for my dental work and she made it just to be just 2 more appointments which I really appreciated since I have to leave work early. The receptionist, Amy I believe her name is, is awesome as well. My only complaint I have is their phone service, I tried calling a few times to verify my insurance and never got an answer, this was around 1030am so yes I called during their hours of operation. They did call me day before to verify my appointment for next day and I was able to get my questions answered then, but overall it's a great office and I highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a dentist. I love the Staff and treatment at this Office.The Staff works as a team and are very knowledgeable in their fields.And strive to give you the care that you need.The Dr's that cared for me were Monica, Dr. Benner, Dr. Book. All who were absolutely the Best!! And Lynn she is also alot of fun giving you the care you need.And April is by far the best in getting insurance claims filled out, directing you , setting up appts. She is on top of it!! She gets the job done...
