Wow! This team really just goes above and beyond. I've had a long and complex journey with my braces for personal reasons, but this team has always made my appointments straight forward and easy. With the help of Lisa, and honestly, the entire ortho team, I finally have the chance to show the world my real smile :) Thanks guys!!!!

Hi! I just want to say that I really had a good office visit at DHA! I never felt so comfortable at being at a dentist office before. The staff person Diana was like an Angel to me as she helped me fill our paper work because my vision is so bad. She truly displayed the heart of a caretaker toward a senior like myself. I'm very sensitive to that kind of human service because I'm a Pastor. Thank you for putting her on your staff. I plan to recommend church family to this office.

What a rude customer service! I was trying to set up a new appointment to see a dentist there. When I asked this lady on the phone, Cynthia if they would take my insurance. She hung up on me. Great service! I didn't call back. I don't think I want to have anything to do with this place after the phone call. In response to your reply. The reason why you were not able to find my "file" because I am not a patient (I was trying to). I was just trying to set up a new appointment for my first visit. I would definitely email more detail to the email address you have provided, but I already find another dentist. which is a little bit further but their customer service is a lot more polite.

I love the compassion, the x ray did not feel uncomfortable at all. Every one is so nice and gentle.. will be bringing the whole family

I would stay far away!!!! to me is about insurance and trying to scheme. I don't care about that but my problem I have is I came here to get a root canal she numb me but after 35 mins I still felt everything she was doing she processed to stop and tell me she had 3 other patients as if I was less important and worried about her other patient's she didn't complete the job and referred me to the o.s that is on site but he won't be available until October or late November so now I have pain I have to deal with until then!

Have had a good experience going here, the doctors make sure you're comfortable during dental work. The receptionists are very welcoming, Daniella especially is really nice!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life they have the worst customer service. They have you come back several times to charge your insurance and don't do what you asked. They cleaned my teeth when I had an appointment to have my tooth pulled then had me come back and tried to trick me into a root canal. after going 4 times I still left without my tooth pulled amd was in pain. Elliot Baron is the terrible oral surgeon

I was calling them for a week but didn't pick up a signal call. They never called me back either. When I went in-person to book an appointment, they gave me appointment for the next day. I had to drive over 20 miles, just to get an appointment. And oh btw, their receptionist staff is absolute worse (rude) when it comes to customer service. You guys seriously need to learn how to be humble and professional. They give you multiple appointments for every small little thing so they can jack up money through your insurance. Try to find any other place to get your dental care done, or else you now know what to expect!!!

The ortho doctor is wonderful she did an amazing job on my teeth 5/5 would recommend and everyone inside is so friendly they work hard and get it done . I appreciate them very much

The lack of communication from this establishment is disheartening. Communication is an important factor in customer service. I've made several attempts to follow up with the status of a potential procedure and they have not returned my call in over a month. Please improve on this.

Dr Nebblett, Crystal, and Dr Shawn have been so patient with me. They are the best. I've never had perfect teeth before and they've boosted my confidence so much.

I called the office several times and finally I had Daija answer my call. The minutes she answered she was stressed and sounded a bit rude. I explained that I was calling from an orthodontist office trying to schedule an appointment with Oral surgeon Dr Baron (great OS) for one of our patient. I asked for the fax # so I would fax the referral and pt contact info. She was justing getting more and more upset. I even told sorry you sound fustrated but we are trying to help our patient and give you some service by referring patients to you.. I can only say sorry you are not happy with your job Daija.

My children and I have been patients here for a very long time. In the beginning the customer service was great. Now the secretaries don't answer the phone of returns your phone call. I had a dental emergency which I was unable to reach the office via telephone. I walked in the office and they managed to squeeze me in.
