October 7th I was with them doing cleaning and they made me an appointment for October 28th to solve the problem. Well, it turns out that they called me 2 days before to tell me that my appointment is not valid because a specialist has to see me. It is assumed that they already knew from the beginning that I had to see a specialist to root the same tooth again because they did it wrong. I can't even drink water and I have to leave the country because I've had eye surgery scheduled for 6 months and I didn't want to leave with the hassle. For me it has been a joke and they have made me feel very bad for not warning me in time. My last day with them was today. What cheek. Me hicieron un root canal hace 2 anos y he venido teniendo problemas con esa muela. Octubre 7 estuve donde ellos haciendome limpieza y me hicieron una cita para octubre 28 para resolver el problema. Pues resulta que me llamaron 2 dias antes para decirme que mi cita no es valida porque tiene que verme un especialista. Se supone que ya ellos sabian desde un principio que tenia que verme un especialista para volver hacerme root canal en la misma muela porque lo hicieron mal. No puedo ni siquiera tomar agua y tengo que salir del pais porque tengo una cirugia de los ojos pautada desde hace 6 meses y no me queria ir con la molestia. Para mi a sido una burla y me han hecho sentir muy mal por no avisarme con tiempo. Mi ultimo dia con ellos fue hoy. Que descaro. los habia recomentado a 3 personas, ojala no vayan para que no tengan malas experiencias.

I've been a patient for more than 3 years at this facility. Overall, the staff/dentists are friendly and professional. Never had an issue only when it came to parking. The man who works at the booth gives me a hard time. He's extremely rude, always in a negative attitude. It's disappointing to say how bad this man has disrespected me to the point where I had to cancel my appointment while being on the parking lot. For some reason, according to him, there's only 4-5 spots for patient's but ironically whenever I need a space there's none available. Mind you, 80% of the parking spots are empty. He had the nerves to say that the dentist's at this location are "too cheap" to offer more spots for their patient's. Unfortunately, I will no longer return to this facility. It's very unfair to have to deal with this kind of behavior whenever I have an appointment to attend.

The recession here Jessica Stanmar was absolutely very nice she made me feel very comfortable on the phone specially when I got to the office she made me very relaxed I am a nervous breakdown when I come to the dentist I am very happy with this service here in this dentist specially with the receptionist very nice person Definitely I will give her a 10 thank you

Hello everyone, my name is Qua and let me tell you, I had the best dental experience ever!Normally I have anxiety before going to the dentist but Dr. Gaines was the most caring, most considerate, and most gentle dentist I have ever had. I left the dentist office so so happy. May God bless her.

The doctors are terrible there! They only perform a procedure if they please! If they see a patient getting nervous they walk out mid procedure. Perhaps they should file an application to work at chic-fil-a instead since they are looking for taking little to no responsibility. Disgrace of a dentistry!!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. I brought my granddaughter today for her 2 pm Appointment, The Dentist came to the section where myself and granddaughter was being prepped for her procedure . He goes on to say " I have a problem with you 2" without giving eye contact he's speaking as he's taking his seat in his stool and looking at his computer, I wasn't sure whom he was speaking too . He then goes on to repeat himself this time he looks up at me , turning the computer my way and says " you missed your last week appointment " I respond she wasn't feeling well .. Now I've never been to this place never met this man in my life ! My son usually takes my granddaughter but today I took her for him . So he says " I'd like to believe she wasn't feeling well but over the last year she's missed and been late for a lot of appointments " he's speaking loud while other patients are present , and his staff . He's rude and very disrespectful! So he says I'm not suppose to see her and if she's late again or don't show up I will no longer see her ! So I say well don't you think you could have spoke to me in a more confidential place and how her father /my son usually bring so I was totally unaware of her absent appointments! He asked who I am? I tell him her grandmother.. he responds "well it doesn't matter" I remain calm cause honestly I was in complete awe that this supposed to be professional man was standing before me speaking to me so nasty no privacy ! So I tell him your really unprofessional and nasty . He says " well I'm not embarrassed and you can take it or leave it "! And I said I'll leave it I will not allow you to touch my grand daughter teeth " and I'll be sure to report your behavior to the board of Dentistry! I was completely insulted by this man and he should never be allowed to speak to anyone in that manner

The Oral Surgeon, Baran is a disgrace to all the dentists. On 09/16/2022 after administering one local anesthesia around my wisdom tooth, he QUIT. He was incapable of handling my nervousness. He panicked ten times more than I panicked on that day and he decided to stop the procedure. It would have been a sensible/reasonable call if he decided to quit before administering one local anesthesia to my body. What will happen to the human race if every doctor walks out in the middle of the procedure? In my opinion, Baron needs help. He must stop his atrocities on his patients and the staffs who work for him. The staffs are decent, sensible, stable and professional. And they are helpless to help patients in situations like this. The manager credited the co-pay and apologized and sent me home. To the Management, Keep an eye on him and watch for his repetitive behavioral pattern. What happened to me should never happen to anybody. I hope the management will take care of that part.

The ratings speak for itself. Don't expect anything great. Also calling the office is just the worst experience whether you are new or existing patient. Plan at least 2 hrs to reach anyone and another 2 hrs to be on hold

Called to enquire about annual dental checkup. The person attending phone yelled at me for asking a simple question if my insurance is "in network". Needs better customer service while talking to new patients.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to in this case. I was so nervous at first due to my previous experience with other dentists, but boy was I relieved after my experience with Dr. Jain. When I tell you that you don't feel a thing, you don't FEEL. A. THING. (Except the initial needle of course). Dr. Jain (Pronounced Jan) has relieved my fear of going to the dentist, and I will continue to come here as long as I live in Jersey. You're the best!

My experience here was great! I got three teeth pulled and it was over so quick...I didn't even realize the doctor pulled them all! Lol!!! It was literally 1,2,3.... We all laughed so hard bc I was apparently afraid for nothing! Very gentle doctor! Thanks ...

Maria is very helpful at Dental Health Associates Newark location. I had initially given two insurance. Maria called up insurance on my behalf and got primary changed which resulted in saving of $900!

It has been a blessing to find Dental Health Associates when I did. I've been with them for over ten years and two locations and although they've grown and expanded, their excellent level of services have not decreased. Thank you Dr. G. and Miss Althea for being not only great health care providers but great friends.!!!!
