They called the day before to confirm my appt but when I arrived the next day, there was no hygienist and the male dentist was extremely rude to me about it. Unnecessarily rude and condescending. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and I am looking for a new Dentist. Do not waste your time here.

Find another dental practice. Consistently call you to come earlier and/or reschedule your appt. Hellooo appt one makes arrangements with our jobs to leave early, time off etc only for this place to RArely keep appt as scheduled.

My family has been with this practice for over 15 years and I'm just now finding out how much damage and neglect was inflicted on our teeth with this practice. Please look elsewhere.

I recently had a dental emergency and called the office explaining I needed to be seen that day. They were able to fit me into Dr. Elon Elisha's schedule and he was great. He fixed the issue and made to sure to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I'd highly recommend his services.

Our family has been appreciating this whole practice for 20 years!!! Amina performed x-rays expertly. She assisted Dr Elon with precision. Since the practice is a clinic, prices are more than fair, understanding health issues of extreme import, & their professionalism is matched by their kindness. GO!!

I have been a patient for years. BUT after my appointments being canceled numerous times because they don't have a hygienist (what??), I had to move on. Also they do not know how to handle insurance claims, I keep getting the sane bill for the same amount of $$ for the last 2 years for both myself and my son, and we've had the same insurance for YEARS, nothing has changed! We HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE stop sending me bills!!! Lastly Dr. Elisha was always good to me but the one time they had a new woman dentist work on my sons tooth she screwed up so bad that he had to get it pulled and have a implant as it was a primary molar. My guess is dental offices should not be run by corporations.

Horrible dentist, he has no problem tearing into your mouth, but if u flinch he gonna tell you to go somewhere else.

If I could give this office from hell no stars at all I would! The women at the reception desk are not the problem. It is Dr. Elisha. He extremely obnoxious, rude, and down right ignorant as one can be. I cannot believe he is a doctor at all! Their oral surgeon office in Hamilton is a nightmare as well. Just DO NOT EVER go to Dental Health Associates!

Everything was good until I got the four teeth pulled. First time he pinched my gum and it hurt bad, then he did it again and I pulled away, the dentist said he was almost done and he did it again and even though he knew he was hurting me, he didn't stop until he got the tooth out. I was almost crying it hurt so bad. Then he puts the upper and lower plate in and says they look great. He leaves the room. Well the teeth are off center, they don't match up. The upper plate, the front teeth are off to the right. The bottom is the same way just not as bad as the upper. I am not happy, and I feel if the Dentist was not in such a big hurry, he would have seen they were not right. For almost $2000 I want them right, so I will be on the phone tomorrow!!

Great practice but there may be an issue with the Lumberton office phone line. It says press 1 for English but doesn't detect anything when you press 1. I had to call the 888 number to get through. Maybe it's just my cell? But anyways I give you guys excellent ratings because you are great for my Dentequest Clover clients!

Dissappointed as of late.with this company. My daughter was told 2 years ago that she did not need gum surgery prior to getting braces by the orthodontist. Then a year and a half later after her braces were in place she was told that she needed gum surgery. She has not seen the orthodontist in 6 months due to Covid and they advised us that they will notify us when the orthodontist will return which they never did. I had to call because the wire was irritating her mouth and gums causing swelling and bleeding. It took 2 days for someone to answer the phone in order to set up an emergency appointment. She did see a dentist but not the orthodontist, and he was very rude as if it was her fault . If your family member has an autoimmune disorder do not bring them here. Go elsewhere, I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office and the insurance company. Update 11/03/2021 These people had the audacity to send me a bill for 514.00 due in 10 days. I paid for my daughters braces in cash and other services that were provided . Whenever I took her they stated that there was no bill to be paid. Complaints will be on file and my family will no longer be there. Do not call them , they do not answer the phone. Update 11/05/2021 Paid the bill, retrieved records and we are not coming back.

I can NEVER get them on the phone, ever. You call and it puts you on hold forever and ever and ever. How am I supposed to cancel or change an appointment? Or make an appointment for that matter.

I am giving a 3 rating rather than a 1 only because of the dentist and hygienists that takes care of your teeth are great. Otherwise, customer service is a -1. We are paying your saleries. Therefore, you are doing a service for us. We don't owe you any favors. It is also not our responsibilities to call the office to see what is going on. No call backs or referring of information.

Very bad service never take your kids there .lots of people having trouble with their appointment.when I make an appointment for my son (6 year) and on the visit day they told me they do not have pediatric dentist. Like seriously why they make an appointment if they do not have the doctor. Very disappointed. Never visit there again

Worst customer service ever!! I'll never go there! Just ghetto!! GO ELSEWHERE!! They barely answer the phone. It took days to get someone on the phone but they have about 4 people sitting there but they don't pick up, I don't understand. The manager is even worse her attitude is nasty!!

Worst dentist I've ever been too pulled teeth that other dentist would have just crowned not him full top plate done and done wrong first time had to be completely redone go somewhere else anywhere else
