Dr. Andrew Huntzinger is a native of the Toledo Ohio area and a graduate of Sylvania Northview. Dr. Huntzinger graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2009 and has been a member of Dental Health Associates since then. He is a member of the ADA, ODA and Toledo Dental Society. He is a passionate learner and has traveled across the country to learn new techniques that aim to improve the patient experience and enhance treatment outcomes. Dr. Huntzinger is married to his wife Jennifer and they have two young boys, Luke and Jacob. Outside of work, Dr. Huntzinger enjoys attending sporting events, Go Bucks!, golfing, skiing, gardening and spending time with his family. He especially enjoys taking his boys to Sylvania Northview/Southview basketball games, a rivalry he once competed in.
Dr. Douglas Bowman, DDS, MS, FAGD is a native of Toledo and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University Dental School. He has also completed a Masters Degree and a General Practice Residency at the University of Toledo Medical College. His educational accomplishments also include a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and conscious sedation training from Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
Dr. Bowman lives in Perrysburg and enjoys walks with his wife Renee (who is a dental assistant) and their two dogs. His hobbies include hiking, fishing, photography, and travel. You can also catch him at sporting events for his 10 grandchildren.
Dr. Kavita Shah is a 2010 graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. She went on to complete a general practice residency in 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Shah is a member of the Toledo Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, and American Dental Association.
Being a native of a Chicago suburb, Dr. Shah now lives in Sylvania with her husband Niraj, a vitreoretinal surgeon with Vision Associates, and their two daughters, Ariana and Keya. In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys University of Michigan sports and spending time with her family.

I had an appointment with Dental Health Associates of Whitehouse last week and was very impressed! The whole experience was great, from the greeting from the office staff, my hygienist, Brittany, Dr. Huntzinger, and Beth, who went over costs with me. Brittany was welcoming, gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable as she cleaned my teeth and did x-rays. She pointed out areas of concern to me and then to Dr. Huntzinger, who followed through and gave recommendations and options. Beth did a great job of explaining what my insurance would cover so there would be no surprises. I have definitely found my new dental office!

These guys are just awesome!! Been going here my whole life and drive almost an hour to keep my dental work with them! Shelly the office manager is a total rock star and super helpful! Had my first crown yesterday and Dr. Huntzinger was just super great and Kayla the assistant was awesome too; they both made me feel comfy and a great outcome so far! I am thankful to have them in my medical world :)

Dr Shah and Heather do a wonderful job. I trust them to do excellent work. I can tell they have great attention to detail and ensure their patients are taken care of. I've also known Shelly at the front desk since I was a child...she is always very helpful.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Lana, and she did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with Dr.McKibbem who has done extensive dental work for me. I would recommend anyone to give this dental office a try, I believe you'll be very pleased .

Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely safe during the pandemic. Lana especially was wonderful, constantly explaining and answering questions as needed. She made the process comfortable.

I've been going to this office for many years. I always see Lana for a cleaning and she does a great job. Shelly is always pleasant and she knows everything about insurance. All the office staff and dentists are friendly and competent, and the office is very high tech. If you need a dentist I would recommend the group.

My review is in regard to my recent interaction with the office staff. Shelly is the only reason for the "STARS" Words of advice. When discussing insurance and your coverage, ALWAYS go with Shelly. My experience with Beth has proven to be costly. She totally disregards the patient / practice relationship that Shelly has always shown. I'm sure someone out there is going to express the opinion of Beth, that I "should know what my coverage is". Yep, you're right. My excuse, I never had to worry about being misinformed in all the years I've been working with Shelly because, she's a professional and looks out for the patient and their out-of-pocket expense, which is a practice I'm sure she acquired in all those years of working with Dr. Pecsok. O' Dr. Huntzinger has been very generous offering to take 10% off the $635 fee.

I have been going to DHAofW. for many years, I absolutely love the staff , they make the anxiety of going to the Dentist so much more tolerable. I will always return to them for any dental needs I may have. I have to thank Lana for making me laugh and feel relaxed at my last cleaning! SHOUT OUT TO YOU LANA! :)

I went to Dental Health Associates of Whitehouse for the first time this past week. I was very impressed with the care I received. Staff answered any questions, or concerns that I had in a friendly and thorough manner. It was a very positive experience. The staff is professional and caring. I highly recommend Dental Health Associates of Whitehouse. They were amazing :)
