Avoid this place. Scheduled root canal on tooth 14, A month out. Already had X-rays, they wasted an entire day off work to do another X-ray and said they didn't have staff available to do it that day. Reschedule 2 months later(today) no appt..

I went in today with a swollen jaw due to a bad tooth. Yes I should have taken care of the tooth earlier but unfortunately not everyone's life is going great so things get put aside. But that aside, I had a horrible experience with Dr. Kapadia (think I'm spelling that correctly). He said my tooth is decaying and is infected which I already knew. He sent me to the front so they could give me referrals to Oral surgeons since he said he cannot do the extraction. That's fine but what isn't is he sent me on my way with no antibiotic prescription after he even told me it's infected. After I left I called the dentist office and told them I wanted a prescription (I should not have to ask for antibiotics) and they said fine they would have the Dr. Call it in. That was 4 hours ago and my pharmacy still does not have it. When I called to ask the dentist about it the receptionist told me he doesn't have time to do that right now. This is unacceptable and if you ask me its malpractice. Sending someone home with no antibiotics and then I call in telling them I need them they just brush it aside. Will not be going back to this office.

My teeth are terrible, have been nearly all my life. I had many difficult experiences growing up, where different dentists have said some not so nice things, and that made it so I absolutely hated going to the dentist. We came across Dental Health Associates when my husband needed some dental work done and our insurance provider gave us a list in our area who accept it. I was almost sick to my stomach with anxiety about my first appointment, but from the time I walked in the door, while I was in the chair, and then leaving, it was a completely different experience than I had been expecting. They didn't make me feel bad because my teeth are bad. They talked me through everything, and wanted to help me. My family-two kids included-has been going back ever since.

Went for a second opinion. Dr. Rheault was wonderful in explaining everything with drawings and illustrations so I would understand. His assistant was also wonderful. They showed real caring. I will be back.

horrible the denist who took care of me was very rude and my experience with them was not good including billing my insurance company will never be coming back also the staff was the worst

I just want to say this place is the best . I get anxiety when I go to Dr, dentist and even eye Dr. they ease my mind. I would recommend them.

Went to see Dr Rheault last week with pain in one of my back teeth. Everyone there was just wonderful. After many years of neglect on my teeth due to finances I'm looking forward to going back and having Dr Rheault give me a beautiful smile that I've waited for, for so long. Great Denist and Hygienist...Thank you !

A wonderful dentist! I am so grateful for Dr. Rheault and his staff. Last week my back tooth began to hurt. I hoped it would go away but within 48 hours I was in excruciating pain. I called Dr. Rheault's office and was told to come right in. My tooth was exceedingly tender to touch but Dr. Rheault could not have been more gentle. He walked me through each step of what he was going to do so I knew what to expect. After carefully numbing me he was able to examine the area, take x-rays and adjust my bite. He recommended a root canal which was exactly what I needed. Once the prescribed treatment was complete I was pain free. I give Dr. Rheault my highest recommendation for his compassion and his skill. Thank you for helping me! If you are looking for a terrific dentist, go see Dr. Rheault!

Great staff and service, but wait time is always excruciatingly long! You could probably show up 30 minutes late and would not have missed your appt!

Giving 2 stars due to the fact this man kept undermining the people who are involved in my treatment plan and was very "opinionated" on every aspect of my current situition. I simply went to Dr. Rheault for a consult regarding 1 specific thing and after he told me over and over why he would not feel comfortable working with me he still had me and my son sitting there in the room until he was done writing his notes.. and just constantly being negative about everything that had nothing to do with what I came to him for. All he had to do was say the reason 1x not over and over and keep trying to make me second guess the people who I'm dealing with., and I would have been on my way. 20 mins just to hear a reprimand?... really! I'm not upset that he turned down his services, I'm upset for the way he was careless on how he spoke to me. The office is nice. Leather seats and roomy.. oh and free consults for the 2 stars. I should have walked out once he told me no but I was being respectful. This man even knew people personally who have dealt with the people I'm going thru and just kept going back and forth about their expertise. Like, guy, yes or no and a reason is sufficient, not you speaking to me like I'm a child and question whether I know what dental anesthetics are... like really?! I know what I'm allergic to thanks.
