This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient dentist I have taken my kids to. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that my kids were comfortable. They truly care about their patients! Well done.

Be sure to inquire your account balance. They will allow your "credit" remain in your account and not inform you of you money sitting intrest free. Makes me think of how many other individuals have relocated or passed and there money is either still there or has been claimed by Dental Health Associates. Besides that over all the interactions have been professional. And over all experience has been pleasant.

Dr.Reed is phenomenal my daughter didn't cry and she ALWAYS CRIES, Ellie has such great bedside manner it's ridiculous and Carrie is so wonderful she was all smiles and soooo helpful I will be coming back and so will my kids

I called the office to look for a new dentist. I was very impressed with the front desk lady Simone.( I think that's her name) she was very sweet and professional and shared a lot of good information with me.

I love coming here for all my dental health needs, my nephew loves the staff they are really friendly and have great customer service. My favorite associate is Simone, she is so nice and loves to help with any questions or concerns.

It's a clean dental office.they were very good with ensuring the cdc rules were followed and acknowledged amidst the pandemic. the receptionist who check you in are very pleasant and helpful. They get five stars from me as far as customer service goes. Not once have i ever come in and dealt with any staff member being disgruntled. I appreciate the appointment reminders because sometimes appointments are so far out and hard to get it's very easy to forget that you have one. So the fact that they kick you out the system for a missed appointment is an inconvenience if you don't get that reminder call. The two things i don't like or appreciate is the fact that they come in the waiting area and ask you questions about your child's dental health in front of other patients. Patient privacy and Hippa laws don't exist and aren't acknowledged at all or ever since I've been coming here with my family . Why should I have to answer questions or discuss my child's dental health and health history in front of other patients. Not only do they disregard the rightful and lawful privacy a patient should have they come out and tell and discuss your child's dental health and treatment plan which thoroughly disgusts me. My childs appointment with a dentist should not be made public notice for all in the waiting area to hear about and know of. I also don't like the fact that they always want to take your child in the back alone especially if traditionally and normally a parent should be with a child when they at the doctor or around any other adult or healthcare professionals. Me and my children were not born and raised here in the state of North Carolina so it's something we just can't and won't get used to and will be an issue for me as a parent everytime we go there until I find another family dentist office we can go to.
