I have been a patient with Dental Group of Westchester for almost two years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff! Whether you go every year, six months, or weekly everyone makes you feel like you're coming home. Each visit provides top quality service, the technology is advanced, they listen to what I'm experiencing, provide recommendations, and take the time to explain each step. The pricing is honest, the work is excellent quality, scheduling is fast, and again, the staff are fun and personable. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I could not give this office a better review. Service was amazing and the entire staff made the experience extremely simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend checking trying them out if you are looking for a new dentist.

Technician who worked with me was sweet, kind, understanding and was great..HOWEVER, the doctor who came to examine work is too aggressive. Tone of voice was cold even to his Staff member. I would not return unless she is working on me.

Very Friendly, professional. They took the time to explain my situation in great detail, along with my options. Also pain free. I had a tooth removed and a bone graft done that was less painful than some cleanings I've had. Update Still terrific

Updated 6/15/22: I left this place in December after 5 years it got so bad. They are under new management, and I received a call from Desiree who asked me to give them a second chance. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable-I wish he would have explained or talked more about the primary reason why I was there. Happy to be back.

I love Dental Group of Westchester. All the doctors, hygienists, and staff are kind, friendly, and excellent at their jobs. I always feel welcome and cared for. I've been at this practice. Since 2019 and I am very satisfied. My oral health has vastly improved.

Desiree and the manager Ingra were very helpful, kind with accommodating setting up my appointment. They were courteous, professional and friendly. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am of Navi! She did my cleaning gently and thoroughly. Dr Serah was thorough, kind, and efficient. The waiting area and exams room are really clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend Dental Group of Westchester, I'm am in awe of the experience I had there. The made the experience breezy by sending me a link to the paperwork ahead of time so that I could take my time filling it out and not feel rushed while doing it at the office. Everyone there seemed genuinely happy and were super helpful. Ingra took her time explaining my treatment plan and setting my appointments to accommodate my difficult schedule. Dr. Roytberg was very attentions answered all of my question informatively but still making sure I understood every step of the process. Everyone here seems like they enjoy what they do. I will be bringing my entire family here and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had gone in for an exam and needed four wisdom teeth extracted which were done very quickly and after had spoken to the office manager Ingra who was absolutely welcoming and knowledgeable and had set up a treatment plan. I returned today for a root canal done by Dr. Marsheh and assisted by Laila which they did with absolute care and fast, I didn't feel a thing. Odalys & Desiree up front both welcoming and amazing. Highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral care / work done. All around A+ experience
