Dr. Jeff Rosenthal is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie and their two sons Matt and Adam. In his free time, Dr. Rosenthal enjoys traveling as well as a constant interest in Cleveland area sports teams. His practice is focused on a high level of customer service while recognizing the value in Dentistry that he passes on to his patients. Dr. Britni Gray is a native of Columbus, Oh. She received her Bachelors degree from Oakwood University located in Huntsville, Al and her D.M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, being a foodie and spending time with friends and family.

Wonderful Dentist very clean office and is very inviting in the waiting room. They took really good care of my wife and fixed up her teeth very efficiently and quickly . I would highly recommend them for all your dental care

I think their prices are way too high. They responded, they comply with my insurance. But, they price the work before the insurance knows the price. Dental gangster. Rip off suburbs people thinking they are really dumb and rich!

Very disappointed of this place. I recently did a root canal here and started experiencing pain a few weeks later but I figured I'd give it sometime before I follow up since the pain was intermittent. One day, I noticed that the gum above the tooth is red and swollen so I decided to follow up with Dr. Lori. She recommended that I rinse my mouth with salt and water for a few days and see if that makes any difference. However, the pain was still there. I followed up with an Orthodontist (Specialist) and was informed that the way the root canal was done caused an infection. He recommended to re-start the process from scratch, which means I had to pay again. I had a feeling that the root canal was not done properly because Dr. Lori was the only dentist in the office so she had to pause my procedure multiple times so she can simultaneously care for other patients. It took her 3 hours to finish the procedure!! I spoke with the owner of this place and he refused to take responsibility. He quickly concluded that because it's difficult to determine whether or not the infection have been caused by an improper root canal he does not feel that they owe me a refund. Do not get a root canal done at this place. Save yourself money and time and go directly to an Orthodontist or a different General Dentist.

Could not recommend more. Not only did Kim do an exemplary job cleaning my teeth, but I also left with newfound knowledge of proper duck maintenance, that gecko tails do NOT grow back, and an extremely valid beverage recommendation. She also laughed at my bad jokes! Would rate well over 5 stars if I could.

Friendly attentive staff. Beth completed cleaning and polishing. Dr Lori checked x-rays. Teeth and gum tissue . They both are very professional and always ask how my family is doing. The care about their patients.

This visit was for my semi-annual cleaning. All of the people who work here from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist are caring, take the time to explain things and want to be sure that you understand the treatment plan before you leave. All questions were answered. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

The nicest dental office I've ever been to! Beth and Dr Lori, were very welcoming and detailed oriented. They took the time to explain things to me and were very patient in answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed through the process and felt completely at ease. I will be recommending this office for sure!
