I was scheduled for an appointment the same week I called. I was notified before arriving to my appointment that the doctor was behind schedule. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would recommend but come with patience.

Made an appointment for a cleaning and the staff without checking my insurance advised that I needed to pay $230.00 for a cleaning. While I called my Insurance it was a $30.00 copay. Only after I complained the staff called my insurance. I still decided to go and waited 2 hours to be seen, while having an appointment . But yet, it gets worse . When I'm getting the supposed cleaning, they literally just brushed by teeth instead of a deep cleaning. Then was told a deep cleaning is $600.00 and they would ask my insurance. Why would you not say that in the beginning. I waisted 2.5 hours of my time. ( By the way I called another dentist and got the deep cleaning for $100) By the way my Fiance was there waiting too and while he was waiting for his appointment and filled out all the paperwork, they totally forgot about his appointment, the staff had to reschedule him. Please do not go to this place it's horrible. Terrible customer service.

I really love this dental office it's close to home and the staff is really really friendly. I'm considering invisilign and milly made sure I was very well informed on the procedures as well as the financial aspect of it all. I will highly recommend this dental facility- if you are looking for a friendly environment, a welcoming staff and great dental work then Dental Group NY is the best hands down. I just want to say thank you to everybody who was involved in my care today I appreciate you all.

Top notch professional experience from the moment you pick up the phone to make an appointment. Facts! I highly recommend anyone who needs a root canal please get it done here. You will be satisfied at one million percent. Jobs well done in dentistry are really hard to obtain. So if you value quality ,service and passion then price should not be an issue. They are very competitive in pricing and offer quick service which is what I needed and hoped for in the first place. Conveniently located directly Infront of the d and b trains with security on floor. Thank you everyone at dental group ny .I really appreciate you for taking care of my family and me. Very friendly and professional staff. Best thing is, you can actually get an appointment within a week or 2 and don't have to wait months just to be seen like some other offices around this area.

Everyone at this office is so nice, they take their time and explain everything to you before they proceed. The dentist was great and replaced a gold crown for me and a gold bridge. Awesome job! Much better than the originals and feel and function like my regular teeth. I also took my mom there and she loved them! All in all, a wonderful experience! Thanks to all!
