As soon as I walked in, when they started to register me. Said oh there's a $50 copay they just told us yesterday. Usually there is no copay for initial 1st visits that I've ever had to pay before through Humana.

The workers showed up late to my appointment. They were on lunch. Second appointment the nurse halfway cleaned my teeth filed teeth that didn't need filing and missed the two that needed to be filed. I went to have my wisdom teeth pulled. They took x rays then told me because there was no specialist I would have to go to VCU. I went there to get more x rays because dental first x ray "wasn't acceptable " my teeth are killing me I wish I could just pull them out with a wrench or some pliers. Don't come here for wisdom teeth removal.

This place is horrible!!! Last tuesday i had an appointment at 4 p.m. i get there and its a note on the door saying "due to an emergency they closed early". I should have been notify! I have been calling everyday to reschedule but no one answers the phone!

The Dentist and his staff treated me very well. I had 2 cavities and they scheduled me for a different day and filled my cavities and we very friendly.

Wanted to put in a review for this office. The staff were very professional right from when I made my appointment. I was coming in for Partials and they assisted in selecting the right Managed Plan that paid for Dentures and then on the date of the appointment took impressions the same day. I am very satisfied with the service.

This is the worse service ever the wait was long. I know appointments that are scheduled doesn't really start on the "scheduled time" but to be handicapped and not be able to get in the door (no wheel chair accessible entrance) is not acceptable. My appointment was scheduled at 11am and i waited over an hour. The Dentist and Assistant then left to lunch after being told 30 minutes ago that i was next. I was not the only person waiting so I know others had to wait an hour or more like i did.

Long wait!!! My appointment was not on time and the ppl are very unprofessional, a lot of ppl were crammed up in a tiny waiting area, I'm currently seeking another dentist.. I can't deal with these ppl

Worst most unprofessional service ever received . I had an abscess which needed emergency dental care and was rescheduled 3 times before they actually were gonna do anything. There were so many issues but they seemed to be the only provider that accepted my insurance in the area. The last appointment I was scheduled to get my teeth extracted I was called 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and told I shouldn't have been scheduled because the dentist only wanted to do one procedure that day. I expressed to them I couldn't miss anymore work due to them and I needed my tooth pulled ASAP due to being in intense pain.The woman I was on the phone with told me that wasn't her problem. That was rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't see another dentist because my claim was already submitted to them. Worst experience

I love the hygienist (Jessica) she is so friendly and amazing!!! at what she does the dentist (Dr Morrison) is pretty quick with the procedures but he kinda hurt me twice since I visited but other than that his pretty ok. The only thing that bothers me is the Receptionist she is so unprofessional and never knows what is going on when patients come in or checking out she messed up my chart and had to do it all over again which made me have to wait several minutes before she got it right ! Overall this is a good place they just need to replace her the receptionist!

Stop !! They misrepresented themselves and flat out lied about the services they provide. This a sham of a dentist office. They charged more$400.00 in advance against what they thought my insurance might pay, that had to be paid immediately to be treated. There was no treatment, only prescriptions and a dental impression to replace the tooth that was broken. No color match was do be on the tooth. The refferal they gave me was no good. When I called to find out about it my call to the office was answered by someone in their car with the GPS giving directions in the background.

This place is the worst since Dr.Lynn retired. They slow. Unprofessional. People crowded in the waiting area. They seem like they dont know whats going on.
