Dr. Welebir obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), anesthesia training, and postgraduate implant education from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Always on a search to gain more knowledge he completed a surgical residency in zygomatic implantology at the Malo Clinic in Lisbon, Portugal with the founder/inventor of Nobel Biocares All-on-4 treatment protocol, Dr. Palo Malo. Dr. Welebir holds state board licensure in both California and Nevada, as well as special permits for IV sedation anesthesia. He is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, holds awards from both the American Association of Endodontists and the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration, and has been a certified provider of Invisalign orthodontics in conjunction with implant dentistry since 2001.

Dr. Welebir is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (the first doctor to obtain the credential in the State of Nevada), a Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.

In his free time, Dr. Welebir enjoys most outdoor pursuits, particularly surfing, snow skiing, scuba diving, and racing motorcycles. He plays multiple musical instruments and loves to cook, spend time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys listening to his ever-expanding vinyl music collection and makes an effort to pursue his ultimate passion, free-dive spearfishing (ask him about it!), whenever possible.

Overall 5/5 rating. I had concern that an old filling had fallen out. Dr. Vega examined the area very thoroughly without evidence of cavities. While there they were also able to preform a comprehensive exam and cleaning within the appointment time. No dental hygienist was available to preform the cleaning so Dr. Vega volunteered so that I wouldn't have to come back to clinic. I greatly appreciated this gesture. Also, the overall environment of the clinic from exam rooms facing outside to the relaxing music playing all made this experience a very great dental visit. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

Been coming here for over 15 years and my mom and grandma for over 25 years. Always had good experiences until recently. They change their pricing depending on who is working the front. I have been overcharged for too many years! Recently they stole $360 from me and couldn't get them to return my calls. Got hung up on too. Highly suggest you get a second opinion when having any work done. Wanted me to pay $1,700 for a crown that's after my insurance paid $1,500. Went to another dentist and paid $300. For the same work! My mom also had the same thing happen to her. They charged her a $25 PPE fee but charged me a $15 PPE fee. Said it depends on which dentist you see changes the fee. If you have plenty of money to throw away this is the place for you. Dr Brent Dupper is a wonderful amazing dentist and I wish I could continue to have him do my work but I don't feel good about how they run this business.

Lack of communication and slow over charge refund. This past 4 months I have been dealing with an overcharge that still has not been resolved. Starting in June and now it's October. I was contacted by my flexible spend account (FSA) through risk management that there had been an overcharge made to my FSA card. I called the dental office and informed them of the extra charge and was dismissed and told that the extra charge was from the previous visit. Which was partially correct. The incorrect part was the number and amount of the charge was still incorrect. After explaining the breakdown to the office person, we agreed that there was a mistake made by the billing person. I was told back in July that they will start a file for the repayment which will take 30 days. 30 days after I called to follow up since there has been no communication from the dental faculty and talked to their insurance claim person (the same person I talked to last time) but she informed me that after our conversation she looked through the charges and does not believe that the dental office owe anything and a claim was never made. This information should have been communicated to me so we could resolve the mistake if made by my part or risk management part. End of the long story, it took the Risk Management person to called the dental faculty and explain that the charge was incorrect again for the 4th time for them to understand. Now 4 months later the overcharge are still not payback. By dental faculty not paying back promptly, my FSA card was placed on hold and could not be used for the past 4months. This has been very frustrating dealing with the LACK of COMMUNICATION by the office person and the SLOWNESS of the repayment process.

Very pleasant experience. Both the dental hygienist, Brandi and the dentist serving me (can't remember his last name, it was my first time treated by him) were very professional and gentle examining and treating me. I particularly appreciated the teeth scaling conducted by the traditional manner - manually - not using the ultrasound device. The vibrations of the ultrasound device leave my teeth feeling traumatized.

I had a great experience in all my visits. Dr Dupper and his staff are very professional and friendly. This has been and will continue to be the place for all of my family members go for our dental care. When people ask me if I know any dentist I immediately suggest Dr. Brent Dupper. The people that I recommended were always greatful and continue to get service from Dental Favulty Associates. - Elba

My visit was for my 6th-month dental hygiene care, which was with Teri. And everything was fine, she did a wonderful job. But I had a problem of a chipped crown, and Dr. Daniel Tan graciously agreed to smooth the jagged corner since there was a chair vacant. My visit was most appreciated and pleased, but I am so sad that Dr. Tan will be retiring by the end of this year! Thanks to all the staff for today's visit!

Dr. Tan and his staff are the most excellent and compassionate dentist I have ever been to. From the front office to my hygienist and any procedure done by Dr. Tan and his assistant are the best. I would not go any where else.
