I am a little disappointed that a couple of my teeth weren't pulled. I am in a lot of pain. Otherwise my appt. went great

If you have an extensive medical history this is NOT the place to go!! The doctor refused service in fear something from my medical background would just happen to occur during a deep cleaning (never ever have before) the doctor expressed she wasn't comfortable or experienced enough to accept me as a patient for a DEEP CLEANING! Good Luck y'all gonna need it if you want to be seen here.

Extremely terrible experience and will not be going back. Was in the waiting room for over an hour. Front office doesn't know what the back office is doing. Front office is dirty and the people were rude. After finally making it to a room we were told they can't even see us because they don't do the procedure needing done and I would have to go to the Poland office. Why didn't someone say something when I called to set up the consult? Then you have a medical professional saying that a cavity will heal on its own. What?!?!

I have been to them on many occasions to get help with my dental problems. They have cancelled on me four times in a row over the spand of a year and half without a real valid reason of cancelation. I have tried calling over and over again, yet no one have ever called me back. They are the reason and many other dental places, why I have giving up on the dental field.

This was my first time here. They were very busy however it didn't slow down my appointment. The staff was really great and I was a big cry baby cause I was in a lot of pain but they got me through it and walked out of there feeling a million times better.

Everyone was very friendly. The hygienist, the assistant, and the dentist all made me feel comfortable and were very informative. The wait was a little crazy...bring reading material.

Addie with scheduling was amazing. She was kind and optimistic on the phone. They were booked till April but she was able to find me an open spot. I have not been to an appointment yet.

Did a great job cleaning my teeth, However, that was not the reason I set the appointment that took me over a month to get in. I had a short conversation with the doctor. She told me her plan and wrote up her recommendation. The next appointment is in eight months and it's still have nothing to do with what I originally set my appointment for. If you need an tooth repaired perhaps look elsewhere or make it clear before setting the appointment either way the time to be seen and the follow up is ridiculous

Friendly front staff as well as hygienists. My small child and I had the best cleaning and Danni was very gentle and kid friendly, my 9 years old said it was the best time at the dentist! Thanks!

My experience with my first visit was great, all employees are respectful and kind. They all greater me with there beautiful smiles that I to am excited about receiving. I was very satisfied and look forward to my next appointment on September 29th@ 10:30

Came in with a referral from another dentist to get 2 teeth extracted. I waited for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time for anyone to see me. The Dentist came in basically said "yes those teeth need extracted." I was then sent back to the waiting room, with a second set of papers. They referred me to somewhere else. Saying that "you should be getting a call from Mount Union." It has been since August 18, 2022 and there still hasn't been any call or anything. Complete dysfunction do not go here.

Hello, if I could give a 0 star, I honestly would!! Upon arriving for my appointment, there was a ton of people just crammed in the waiting area. I was called back after about 35 minutes waiting in waiting room. Once in room, I was scheduled for my next appointment and then after about 15 min I was taken to take pano x-ray then told another girl would be in to do other x-rays, she came in and said she didn't forget about me, she was just waiting on x-ray stuff to free up and then sets down the tray with cleaning stuff on and then walks out, after being in room for an hour total I just walked out! I went here because I thought it would be better than previous dentist, boy was I wrong!!!! I should have listened to the handful of people would Told me not to go there!!!! On top of that, the staff was very unprofessional!!!! Stay far away from this place!!!

Please Do Not EVER Go To This Location Unless They Are The Last Dental Place On Planet Earth. Workers Are Very Rude...Prepare To Have Your Whole Day Cleared Because You Will Sit And Wait For At Least 4 Hours Before Anyone Comes Into The Room To See You...I Absolutely Hate This Location...The Absolute Worst Place To Go Too

Can never get through when you try to call, they canceled my son's appointment. I try to call them back and the phone keeps ringing. This is every single time I call for over 6 months.
