Mackenzie was awesome so informative !! Cleaned my teeth wonderfully Gloria initially got all my information when I called and shared the insurance acceptance program and was very helpful. Dr Lee shared my trouble areas and a plan to get everything worked out . Made and scheduled my endodontic treatment made things so smooth for me !! Everything explained and shared so I understand my care needed. What a great team ! Thank you

The staff here is full of amazing women who do their best to accommodate your needs. If you are needing extensive work done with your teeth I would highly recommend that you do your homework. You could afford to buy this dentist for what he's worth, but you can not afford what he thinks he's worth...

Love this place. I have anxiety bad when comes to dentist due to bad experiences years back. Dental Excellence has helped me thu all that. Very informative and they make you very comfortable...Would highly recommend..they never disappoint me..

I was looking for a dentist to do some revision work that another dentist had done. It was some fillings that were terribly done and had begun to come out. I remembered a lady from our chamber of commerce telling me about Dr. Laduque at Dental Excellence. So I decided to give them a call. I have to say, this is one of the best dentist I have been to. First, there office was so accommodating. And the thing I love most is how thorough they are at explaining things & just the work they do overall. The staff was so kind and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I wish I could remember all their names so I could thank them individually. Gloria helped me w/ financing & walked me step by step through the process. And like I said, Dr. Laduque was very good at explaining things and showing me my x-ray. He & his staff were constantly asking me how I was and if I was ok. My appt. was broken into two visits because I had a bit of revision work and had to be fitted for a night guard. They sent me home w/ thorough instructions. And told me I might have some pain and sensitivity but gave me instructions of what to use & take to help. Both appointments I had, I came home feeling amazing! I thought for sure I'd have some kind of pain. But I had nothing!!! He really is an amazing dentist! He is definitely going to be my dentist from here on out. Again, thank you Dr. Laduque & all your staff for being so amazing & kind!!!

Dr. LaDuque truly cares about his patients. While dental care may not be the most pleasurable, he and his staff work in making it the best experience possible.

Had left wisdom tooth pulled at monarch dental in granbury, out of pocket was 77.00 insurance paid the rest , here they asked for 163.00 up front which I paid then wanted an extra 72.00 to pull the tooth. There excuse was because of COVID 19 we are taking deposit up front then get reimbursed after insurance pays, all staff was nice but using COVID 19 to swindle me out of 163.00 really eats me up, don't fall for it like I did, 163.00 in this time is a lot of money, I just hope no one else gets taken like this. They said they accepted my girlfriends insurance and then failed to mention she was out of network until after the teeth cleaning. Charging her 500 dollars for a simple teeth cleaning!!! That is what I call thieves!
