A 1993 graduate of the University Of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Pat Ousborne practiced general dentistry with Ousborne & Keller from 1993 to 1995. He then completed two years of advanced specialized training at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in Prosthodontics which included fixed, removable, implant, and maxillofacial prostheses. Dr. Pat Ousborne also completed dental research in bonding techniques at the University of Florida. From 1997 to 1999, he practiced Prosthodontics with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before rejoining Ousborne and Keller in 1999.

Currently, he maintains membership in theAmerican College of Prosthodontists, the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration, International College of Dentists, The Baltimore Association of Dental Surgeons (the oldest dental study club in the world) the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association, and the Baltimore County Dental Association, of which he is a Past President. In 2004, he received an honorary award for Outstanding Services to the Maryland State Dental Association.

Dr. Pat Ousborne has been a member of the Deans Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School. He also maintains hospital privileges at The University of Maryland St. Josephs Medical Center of Towson, Maryland. He has worked with otolaryngologists at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) and GBMC to provide maxillofacial prosthodontic care for head and neck cancer patients.

Dr. Pat Ousborne has been featured in Baltimore Magazines Baltimores Best Prosthodontists for many consecutive years. He was voted by his peers to be the Prosthodontist they would most likely refer to for specialized care.

Dr. Ousborne, his wife Esther, his son Luke and their cat Amber live in Reisterstown. His hobbies include boating, navigation, travel, running, and fitness. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his sons school and sports activities.

Dr. Esterson earned her undergraduatedegree from the University of Pennsylvania and obtained her dental degree from Columbia University in 2013. Following graduation,she completed a general dentistry residency at the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System.

Dr. Esterson then worked in private practice for two years before deciding to pursue additional advanced specialty training at the Manhattan VA. She completed a 3-year prosthodontic training program that focused on fixed, removable, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Esterson is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, Maimonides Dental Study Club, and Women in Dentistry. She is quite proud to be following in the footsteps of her father, who is also a practicing prosthodontist in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Esterson grew up in Woodmere, New York, and moved to the Pikesville area where her husband, Yonah, grew up, and where his family still resides. When she isnt taking care of patients, Dr. Esterson enjoys playing basketball, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kristen began her career as a dental assistant in 2007 and has been with our practice since 2012. She is a graduate of York County School of Technologys Dental Assisting Program. She maintains her x-ray certification and dental assisting license by meeting the Maryland Continuing Education requirements annually. She is also well versed in Itero and Cerec procedures as well as all aspects of restorative dentistry.

I am fortunate enough to work with a great team of professionals who provide excellent dentistry. We are a very caring office that wants the best for our patients. The staff works well together and we always manage to have fun while working hard.

Michele has over 12 years of both clinical and administrative experience in dentistry. She completed her Dental Assistant training at Harford Community College. Michele currently holds a Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist license along with a Maryland QDA license, national CDA license, and is certified in Infection Control.

Amie has been in the dental industry for 22 years and has extensive experience in both dental assisting and administrative tasks. She was born and raised in Baltimore County and now resides in Perry Hall.

When she isnt busy caring for our patients, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Matthew, and their blended family of five children: John, Emma, Henry, Ben, and Mateo. During the warmer months, they enjoy going to the beach and in the winter you will find them snowboarding on the Pennsylvania slopes.

Jenn has been a Dental Assistant since 1995 and has been with our practice since 2005. She graduated from Howard Community College and has extensive experience in Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Dental Implant Surgery. She has certifications in Dental Assisting, Dental Radiography, Invisalign, and Six Months Smiles.

Jenn lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and children. They are a very active family who enjoys staying fit and healthy through exercise, sports, and family vacation adventures. When not in the office she may be found supporting her children on the sideline at a soccer game, field hockey game, or lacrosse game. She also enjoys spending time with her Silver Lab, Piper.

I really enjoy working at Ousborne and Esterson because the doctors and my coworkers are an extension of my family. I cherish seeing my patients and I especially like the passion they share for dentistry and their own dental health.

Laura has been a dental assistant since 1980 and has been with this practice since 1988. During her time here she has had extensive training in aesthetic dentistry and smile design, as well as digital photography and radiography.

Laura is well versed in Zoom Whitening, has completed numerous computer software training programs including Practice Works, Dentrix, iTero, and Cerec. She maintains her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification and X-Ray Certification through participation in multiple Continuing Education Seminars annually and has had the opportunity to hear speakers from all over the world discuss state-of-the-art dental techniques.

Kim joined the practice in June 2015 and has already gathered a loyal following of patients. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from CCBC in 2012 and since acquired her Local Anesthesia Certification-qualifying her to administer local anesthesia via oral injection.

She holds a joint degree in Mortuary Science and works part-time for Ruck Funeral Homes. Kim attends multiple continuing education seminars annually always exceeding the required number of hours. She excels at patient education about the oral-systemic link and has a keen interest in Periodontics.

Liz has fifteen years of dental experience, including over ten years as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). With her Masters Degree in dental hygiene and her RDH license in Maryland and the US Virgin Islands, she has been able to advance her career by serving as the Dental Hygiene Liaison for Head Start children in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. She is a Subject Matter Expert in helping create newsletters, enhancing oral health education, and providing oral health donations for Head Start families.

On July 1, 2022, Liz will serve as the Dental Hygiene Well-Being Committee Chair for the MDHA (Maryland State Hygienist Association) in conjunction with the ADHA (American Dental Hygienists Association) and the MSDA (Maryland State Dental Association). With her excellent patient skills and her ability to communicate and coordinate treatment most professionally, you can take comfort knowing that your needs will be well taken care of.

Sharon has 32 years of dental experience as a dental assistant and a dental hygienist. Sharon currently holds her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She maintains her license by staying updated in the most current health care research.

Sharon lives in southern Pennsylvania with her husband and her mother. She has two grown children and five grandchildren. Sharon and her husband enjoy seeing their children and grandchildren as often as they can. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring the United States and the world.
