Paid $180 for nothing they literally looked at my tooth that needed pulled and then tried to send me to another place where they wanted $510 to pull the tooth so $180 to hear "im so sorry to hear ur in pain" nothing else they robbed me basically because they couldn't help me and wouldn't give me my money back

The dentist here are perfectly fine they're nothing special they're just average dentist however the front office staff at this location are terrible they have billed my account as well as fraudulently my sister's account and my parents account for treatments that I paid for before I left the office the day of treatment. I have not been under my parent's insurance for many years and separated my account or so I thought at the time of switching insurances however after my mother got billed I called again and the front office said they would separate it at that time. I am now dealing with them billing my sister's account even though after the ordeal with my mother's account I've stopped using their services. I'm still connected to my parent's account where they are giving away my information to anyone that calls from their account. It is completely unprofessional and not worth the headache for average dentists. **Kathryn Alderman unprofessionally messaged me on Facebook asking me to remove my review. After I told her to not contact me again she did and personally attacked me and said something referring to my mother (who is as of today a former client). Northstar Dental is a terrible place with no professional boundaries DO NOT GO HERE!**

Kathryn and her staff are very helpful. I had to have an emergency root canal and they scheduled me for the root canal very quickly. She also played Chris Stapleton music the whole time during the procedure. I appreciate her willingness to help and how kind she was. Her and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I recently had a crown and filling done by Dr. Barth. My teeth have been very sensitive in the past after dental work, but I have not had any problems at all. The appointment went great. I never felt a thing getting numbed up, and the procedure was painless and easy too. The staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Barth and Northstar dental.

I have seen multiple Dentists at the office and every single one of them have been extremely friendly, always asking if I'm ok throughout the visit. The front desk staff are great with insurance and scheduling, always accommodate to my busy schedule. I am not a huge fan of going to the Dentist but have really enjoyed my experience with Northstar Dental.

This is the friendliest dental office around! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but this crew made it a great experience. From scheduling the appointment through two visits I felt like family. Everything explained, great chairside manner and professional beyond anything I'd experienced before. I recommend them highly!

Leaving your hometown dentist is hard, but this place feels like I never left. From my first appointment everyone was friendly and helpful, and several appointments later I feel like they know me. The staff is always knowledgeable and good at what they do too. After getting some work done, they made sure I Was satisfied and comfortable. If you're looking for a new place to get your chompers checked, I would highly recommend Northstar Dental!

Will do unnecessary work just to gain an extra buck! Be careful you're not getting things done to your teeth that are unneeded! Was told I had 2 cavities that they needed to fill on my right side, I knew something was fishy because you can feel some kind of sensitivity or something, they charged me before I was even seen again for my two fillings that wasn't complete. Went to Williamsburg Dental this week and come to find out, after taking more x-rays (I needed that second opinion) I do not have any cavities. I'm still waiting on my refund check from Northstar, if I don't recieve it further action will be taken, I need my full refund for lies! Watch out! Be aware! Make sure you're only getting work for what you actually need! Wonder how many others they have fooled...Update: Got a refund check, but was only refunded for 1 not both that I paid for. Leeches!!! Reporting to the BBB

After I moved to Lincoln from the East coast I had to find a new dentist. I asked my coworkers and Dr.Kathryn Alderman was highly recommended to me. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment with her but it was well worth it. The overall experience was much better than I expected or what I previously experienced at other dental offices. Her office also end up to be more affordable than any dental services in the past. If you are looking for a high-end dental care at affordable prices and excellent customer service, you will not be disappointed. This is top-of-the-line, first rate dental care. No question about it.

I have a hard time finding a dentist that makes me feel at ease, but Dr. O'hara puts me at ease. Never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room.
