This office has no oxygen, making oral surgery dangerous. My blood pressure dropped to 58/47 and no one called an ambulance because they didn't want to admit that they gave me medication(s) I had previously had a reaction to in their office. Go at your own risk. I thought the staff was kind but I would hate to be working there and end up getting blamed for a tragedy.

I brought my 3 year old who is on the spectrum and he LOVED it. He was terrified of dentists due to previous dentists traumatizing him. We came in and I was nervous from the start, the dentist and assistants were great with him. They were blowing up glove balloons, put Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on their tv, and kept him occupied all while getting his teeth cleaned. After his appointment was finished, they let him go in their treasure chest to pick out a prize which he LOVED. I 100% will be continuing his dental care here.

I have a 6 year old daughter who needed some cavities filled. She was so scared and difficult to work with but Dr. Shaw was extremely patient and kind. He spent over 2 hours with her on 2 cavities that probably normally would have taken 20 minutes just to be sure not to scare her. Thanks again for all your help.

Probably the worst dental experience I have ever had. Some background, I am a middle-aged male who has been going to the dentist routinely for my entire life. In general, my teeth are in good shape, a few cavities, but nothing major. One area that has been being watched is some receding gums so they always use the scope to check the depth around all my teeth. I booked my appnt for a routine check and cleaning. OK, on to the visit. I arrive, everyone in the lobby is friendly and all-good. I get called back by an assistant who says they will do a full set of x-rays since I am a new patient. No problem, all went fine. The Dr came in (not the Dr. on the website) and asked a few background questions and proceeded to examine my teeth. She checked one area I had mentioned, and then did the depth charting of my gums calling out numbers to the assistant to record. When she completes this, she says I need to have a "deep cleaning", not a regular cleaning, with no explanation. Since I have no idea what this means, I start to ask some questions. She says because of some pockets around the teeth I need a more intensive cleaning, but they need authorization from my insurance first, which will take 3-4 weeks. I explained I am leaving in a few days for an extended trip, so could she just perform the normal cleaning, and we can deal with the "deep cleaning" after I get back. She was very hesitant (they can only do one cleaning every 6 months, so it meant at least 6 months before they would do the "deep cleaning") and it took many back and forths before she finally acquiesced and said OK, "I will do the normal cleaning, but it's not what you need, and it wont help". So, the cleaning began. I am not sure if it was because she was annoyed by my questioning about the "deep cleaning", or this is how she cleans teeth, but never in 40+ years of teeth cleaning have I had such an attack in my mount. She used the high-pressure water pick thing and proceeded to attack my teeth. She spent a total of about 3-4 minutes in my mouth. Never allowed a rest for my wide open jaw which does get tired being open. And much of the piercing water jet was on my gums, not along the gum line. When I got home I could see many clotted spots of blood throughout my mouth. She never used a pick to remove any tarter, and then she was done and left (literally all under 5 minutes). A few moments later the assistant came to polish my teeth (which I was not sure was even going to happen). However, I think I do a better job just brushing every day then she did polishing them. You could tell they were truly uninterested in doing a good job once I told them we were not going to be doing the "deep cleaning" right now, and I asked questions. I have no idea if I do or do not need this procedure (after getting home and researching: requires your mouth to be numbed, and multiple visits) but I will certainly be getting a second opinion as there is no way I would ever let that Dr start going under my gums based on what she did with the normal cleaning. Anyway, for me, it is the worst dental experience I have ever had. Perhaps a different Dr in the office would make all the difference, but the Dr I had, I would never let in my mouth again.

Absolutely LOVED this place when I first came here. About a year later and all staff is rude and disrespectful. I was disgusted the way I was treated here. Definitely don't recommend coming here

I was not born with the best teeth and let's face it, I haven't always made them a priority either unfortunately. So given that, I have A LOT going on in my mouth to say the least. I have been to so many dentist and never found one that I came close to liking. Everything has changed for me coming to this office! Dr. Shah is so nice, thorough and doesn't make me feel bad about the work I need. He is the first dentist to take the time to make me feel comfortable and actually make a plan of care for my teeth. For the first time in my life, I feel taken care of when it comes to my teeth! I also have to mention Aimee, his assistant! She is amazing and super friendly and even remembered about me going to school! Just amazing experience all around from dentist, assistant and front desk personnel. You all make a difference, thank you!!!

Dr Shah is very professional. Before the procedure, he explained all the steps in detail which helped me remain calm before and during the procedure.
