Dental dreams? It should be called dental nightmares! They scheduled me for an appointment on a day that they were closed, how does that even happen? They even made me verify the appointment! Is that a joke? I don't find it funny, they completely wasted my morning on my day off. They need to change their scheduling system, and honestly they need to just change their whole system completely. This business is very unprofessional & Very disappointing!

Horrible place. Always hated this place. I finally changed my kids dentist after them canceling our appointments TWICE in the same week. They always over schedule people and they have always been extremely slow. I've been here over an hour and all they manage to do so far for me is X-rays... pretty sure I'll end up walking out at this point. My time is precious. This is ridiculous!!

I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was to extract a brokre tooth. I came in to make an appointment and was seen the same day. The team worked well together.

I appreciate the Dr. Calmness compared too the many interruptions distracting her from my mouth. Broken equipment. Get up to date on that please.

Everyone was very helpful, the only reason it's not a five is because I found out they had to pull two front teeth instead of one. Lol

A friendly place! I am confident that my mouth health will be attended to well! The best job at a great cleaning! As I continue with my appointments, I believe my overall need for keeping my mouth Health well is being tended to by the dentist and the technicians! The receptionists are also very helpful in my concern!

Online says there open 9am to 1pm I made the appointment went there and they was closed. No answer when I called. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

The new female doctor on August 8, 2022 short hanged me on my dental cleaning. This center seems to be doing that more often than not. In 2021: Dr. Altayib did an excellent job last week cleaning my teeth using ultrasonic method using pressurised water. It seems other dentists in the past few years shortchanged me. The one six months ago, Dr. John, a female doctor, and Dr. Webster, a year ago, and others in the previous two years, definitely cheated and shortchanged me. But Dr. Altayib did not. Ask for her.

Dental Nightmare would be an appropriate name. Be forewarned, DO NOT COME HERE at Ypsi! Mainly because the place is dirty. First step to Health is to maintain a sanitary environment. After my x-rays, I did not want any other services from this location. However, they submitted a request for further work with my insurance. When I asked them to release the request, they did everything but. It prevented me from getting the services I needed elsewhere. I contacted my insurance provider several times, and they had to intercede and call their office. My premonitions were right, they were never going to honor my request. Furthermore, they were rude and did not know how to operate the platform. Ignorance is not an excuse to keep a client's health at bay. Picking up the phone and calling the insurance company, Like I did, would have been an easy first step on their part. The front house, as I spoke to Kinnea, Shelby, and a third girl were all incompetent. I should have read all the horrible reviews, but I thought a routine visit wouldn't matter. Wrong! The dentist and assistant were okay, but not enough to win over my confidence.

Dental Dreams is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The doctor who was a Lady today was rude. I had a cleaning done and it literally looked like she gave me a pair of dirty glasses to put on. After I sat and waited a hour to be seen past my schedule appointment. She kept letting the mixture of water and fluoride get all over my face. I finally had to tell her to stop and wipe my face. Then she literally over filled my mouth with water trying to rinse my teeth I almost choked. She asked me if I was having any issues. I told her I possible could have and she brushed it off like well ok we're doing your 6 month cleaning today. That's for another time. She was rude and didn't care about any of my concerns. When we were done she walked me up to the front and said to the receptionist schedule her for a 6 month cleaning. I looked at the receptionist and said don't bother and to have a great day! I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Horrible!! Do not go here. The staff is nice but not educated in their positions obviously since I was overcharged almost 600 dollars. The male dentist is extremely unprofessional. I'm losing two teeth due to their unprofessional attention when I had complaints until it became too late.
