HORRIBLE! Never looked at file said they would pull teeth then said they wouldn't because of heart surgery and need to see oral surgeon AFTER they talked to the doctor and said he would do it! Waited over an hour! Receptionist was unprofessional to caller while we were there making faces and rolling her eyes at the caller because the person had questions and she had to keep answering them about dates! REFUSE TO USE THEM. Not clean. Dirty tissue on the floor, sterile equipment laying open, no one washed their hands before putting gloves on. So unprofessional.

Medicaid patients will be limited to cheap providers like this. This clinic uses hydro-cleaning, which is a 15-minute water cleaning. A) They will not clean between your teeth. B) They will not floss to check for loose cavities. C) They will not review the intake paper you filled out (ticking off your concern about a loose cavity). Since I was so preoccupied with not having the metal scraping cleaning, my main concern went forgotten/ignored. This is the reality of healthcare in the US. Americans in poverty are deprioritized. I am a certified teacher. There are no fallacies in this review.

My experience was amazing. I walk in as a new patient the lady at the desk was able to get me in the same day. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.

In the last two years this place has gone down hill. I have had the same insurance I had an appt scheduled they texted me Thursday to confirm for Saturday. Friday night at 632 pm they called to tell me they're closed Saturday and no longer take my insurance. Really? This place needs to be shut down, it's like a third world country.

I would give zero stars if I could. The dentist I was seeing was great. The front desk staff not so much. Never answered the phone. Very snarky and rude. Scheduled appts and then after driving an hour there the office was closed and locked. APPARENTLY...This office has been closed down for 2 months but clients were never notified. Still getting texts from this office to schedule wellness visits. Phone calls never returned. You may want to put on your website you are shut down.. oh and also your voice-mail message should say this as well.. Very unprofessional.. Your Harrisburg office apparently is even unaware you are closed...Could you stop sending my husband and I text messages confirming appts that we can't actually go to because oh yeah? You are closed! Thank goodness Lancaster knows what's going on and I called them!!!

been calling for 3 weeks trying to get my daughter in that is having a dental issue. They will not answer the phone they will not call you back. Even sent an email and nothing...

This place used to be so nice. Not sure what is going on with them, but the past 2 or 3 times have been terrible with appointment discrepancies, long wait times, no ability to contact, and multiple last minute cancelations. They just canceled my son's appointment yet again...and this time, with no ability to even reschedule. He needs this appointment for school and starts in 2 weeks. I'm gonna need a lot of luck trying to schedule with a new practice in such short notice. Thanks a lot, Dental Dreams...or should I say Dental Nightmares.

All the staff are great. Very polite and the dentist is very gentle and they are all great with kids.... I won't go anywhere else.....

There is never a way to contact these people. I had 7 teeth pulled with a promise to get partials..months later..still no phone call back..no one is ever available.

Had a upper back tooth extracted. Doctor did a great job. She made it worth the visit. Procedure was basically painless. Wanted to continue using her as my dentist but was upset to hear she is leaving there in a few weeks. Wherever she goes, her patients will be well cared for..

The visit at the place was absolutely GREAT!! Fast service and great service. My teeth are clean :-) kind staff Tip to know: Don't bother calling just walk in to make appointment.
