I call to say that i was going to be a little bit late and the front lady who name it's Tiffany, (I believe she is the manager) answer and then she just hang up on me after i was telling her at what time was my appointment. I been a client on Dental Dreams for almost 4 years and she have been there since I remember. She is always in a bad mood and to get them to answer the phone it's very hard. Like i said i been coming to this dental place for years now and I always see her, One time she was having a fight with one of the dentist helper they were going back and forth with each other, It was not a very pleasant thing to hear specially as a client. I have never complained or say anything about her because I am a very patient person but this time I decided to say something because i was trying to tell them i will be a little bit late because i needed to get my kid first from school because it's her appointment and the line to get out of school was long. I don't think someone who treats her clients like that should be a manager, I called because it could have been wrong on my part not to say I was going to be late. I was only 3 minutes late and I waited for my turn patiently, I gave her the respect she deserves but I feel like she did not gave me the respect I deserve. The doctors and everyone else there it's super nice but there is always a problem with her.

Dr. Trevedi and Jessica is a great team!! I'm always comfortable when Jessica is assisting. Tiffany the office manager is very helpful too!

Very unpleasant, my boyfriend went in for a regular cleaning was there for over one hour just to be told his insurance is terminated. I logged into our insurance account and phoned them, both resources were able to tell me I have an active account. Last time he was there in and out within 45 minutes, such a disappointment when you think you found a good place just be let down.

When I found out they accepted public insurance I was a little skeptical but to my pleasant surprise the office was neat organized and clean. The staff is very courteous and my dentist was extremely thorough and very quick. I know none of us like to sit in the dental chair for longer than we have to! For going to the dentist...it was a wonderful experience!
