My 5 year old daughter who has a small mouth, anxiety, ocd has no problem with our old dentist from our old state, but the staff " nurses" at dental "nightmares" dreams have no clue or bedside manners when it comes to a child that has OCD or anxiety. She was gagging because the mouth piece they use for x-rays was way too big for her mouth to where she was about to throw up and the nurse told her to "stop crying, yer fine". My wife called me from there to come down and help calm her down. My daughter's face was broke out in hives by the time we left. The dentist was great. They tried saying the treatment was because they are having trouble keeping staff. That's no excuse. Now they are having trouble keeping patients. We will never go back to dental nightmares

Took my child in for a cleaning and she had some cavities and they did the fillings the same day.

They are lucky they get 1 star for this review. Went in for my app was 20 mins early and I waited 2 hrs for anything to get done. Then when they did my X-rays they were bad and had to be redone. Unprofessional, uncaring and just wouldn't recommend 10/10 DONT recommend.

I just want to thank you so much for all your help and take care of my tooth and you all did a great job too and I think Thomas should get a reward for all the thing he help with everyone and iam so happy that I find a dentist and it all because my insurance company Aetna help me find one and I like to say thank you so much too and iam so so so so happy that I find a dental dream's that is in my insurance

I had a really good experience with Dental Dreams, the dentist was awesome and worked in a timely manner. I will be returning to this dentist....

The staff was polite especially Thomas. He worked with me during my issue with my insurance to ensure I would get quality help. And that he did. The dentists are exceptional with their work and friendly. I've had a great experience.

I would honest to god rate this 0 . This place is so extremely unprofessional , they make you wait OBNOXIOUSLY long periods in the waiting room ( I am talking almost 2 hours every single time ) this is now the third time my kids been rescheduled LAST minute because apparently their doctor has had COVID for a month - and I guess the other doctor is there for decoration ? This time they had me come in for a first appt ( 930 am ). And waited till 10 to tell me the doctor wasn't coming at all . This place is ridiculous and in need of more help - more doctors , and better communication. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had my 1st appointment today went over the treatment plan and going in on Wednesday to get my teeth pulled and start working on my partials... they were extremely fast about getting me in I called last week and had an appointment today. Wonderful staff

Going to the Dentist "Ain't so Bad"!!!lol. I love the staff...their very nice and efficient...I go in with a smile and come out with a smile..I would definitely recommend this place of business to ALL.!!!!!

Had wonderful experience everyone who works there. They treat you like your family. Sometimes it's a long wait but is because they spend special time with each of their patients they don't just run you in and run you left wondering what just happened to you. They make sure your a where of what's most important. I would definitely recommend dental dreams to all my friends and family

This place is terrible. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEM!!! wait times are well over an hour after your scheduled appt. Receptionists are rude. Dentists dont actually care about you or your childrens needs. Other patients are usually rude and let their kids run around like a mad house screaming everywhere. I would post zero stars if I could. 100% would not recommend coming here to anyone ever.
