Do not care about customers mental health and dental needs. Wouldn't recommend I had a service which eventually resulted in my tooth cracking I called for emergency walk in for sat and was advised the DONT see patients on sat just answer phones, my grand baby had and emergency and got an app so I went in office and they suddenly was able to see me. I got temporarily work done and was advised that an authorization will need to be done to get complete it's been almost 2 was called AVIS and Dental Dreams never even sent an prior authorization to them yet called requested to speak to an office manager IRENE and of course she not avail asked the receptionist the status of my pre authorization again just to see what they say again now it's they can't find anything in my record after having work done.

This place should be shut down. I waited for an hour and my 2 year old was seen for less than a minute. They didn't give a proper checkup. The staff were goofing off the entire time. They don't care about you there. Go somewhere else

I will never be returning to this place My children and I have been coming here for years and recently they've just been hiring any ole kitchen dentist to do what I do at home everyday. And do a better job at it,This "so called" dentist poked and punctured My gum with the pic she was using then said she was polishing My teeth which only included my fronts. I had to make her do it again and the job still wasn't thorough, She was HORRIBLE. I WILL BE SEARCHING FOR A NEW DENTIST! Sammy you Suck as a dentist!!!!

A few staff are nice but the lady that gave me my filling was nasty I wish I knew her name she guve that place a badd name

Great experience! It was my 1 year old and 6 year old first time there and they were good! & my 1 year old was cranky when it was my turn and they entertained and kept him calm

The doctors are WONDERFUL for all my other pas experiences with dental dreams ! .. the Receptionist is terrible. They don't answer the phone I called multiple times previously to walking in for my appointment.. when i walked in the phone was constantly ringing and everyone was just chatting along .. I checked in for my appointment sat for 10 mins and the receptionist called me over to inform me about my insurance not being covered.. which is fine .. I called previously to coming in if they would answer the phone I would of been informed of this situation and not have to pay transportation for something I COULD IF BEEN INFORMED ABOUT OVER THE PHONE

The dentist couldn't pull my WHOLE tooth out so the infected tooth had to stay in there a whole week & 1/2 I had to beg to get antibiotics and still waiting for appointment with an oral surgeon to take out the bottom half.The 1st time iWent the dentist was pulling on it & couldn't get it out at all..! They need to make sure there's no infection b4 they start pulling teeth,& leaving People in excruciating pain,then make them beg for antibiotics!

Second time in office and the wait is always super long and there is only one dentist. Truly Not worth the wait. Most of the ladies at the desk are super rude. This place really makes you feel invisible.

They are consciously scheduling appointments knowing that the service you need they are not currently offering. When I made my kids appointment last month I informed them one needed their wisdom teeth pulled in the other needed his cavities filled. Mind you about 8 months ago the dentist who was at the location on Aramingo had already filled half of his cavities. And they said they will complete the rest at his next visit. Not only did I wait two and a half hours just to be seen. Once we went to the back it took an additional hour for them to x-rays, prep and for the dentist to come to the room. She (Samantha Slutsy) asked me "what was I there for?" and I told her and she said "okay. Next thing you know she started cleaning the kids teeth one by one and then she said "oh I'm going to have to refer you for his cavities." I said "wait hold on I told you from the beginning what I needed. Why would you waste my time? I could have went somewhere else where they did everything! You knew what I needed when you came in here." I left my number for the office manager Irene Molinary to call me. I'm currently waiting to hear back from her now. I'm also going to call my insurance and inform them of what happened so they won't be billed. I can't wait for Dr Francis to return . The office manager did call me back. And she was very very helpful.
