I hate Dental Dreams. I waited 3 real hours to be called back and then when I was put into a room, I waited another hour to be seen by the dentist after my x-rays were taken. I know they are saying they only have one dentist. But if my appointment was at 12:30, why am I not being seen until 4pm?

Child please..... I wasn't even going to write a review but here you go..... HORRIBLE! My appointment was at 11:30 and I got there at 11:00 and wasn't seen UNTIL 3:15! It was only 1 dentist working. The staff told me "everybody keep calling out"! They just need new employees all together! However, the students/workers are very professional, polite, and helpful. One girl held my daughter so I could get my teeth cleaned because she was sleep. That was dope and very kind! But what's the point of making an "APPOINTMENT" a month ago only to not be seen on time or a little after my scheduled appointment time. I am currently looking for a new dental office because that one little little schedule teeth cleaning took up my whole day. And not to mention, they called me and had to reschedule me twice because the "dentist"called out and they didn't have another dentist available! Wth! UNACCEPTABLE !!They are slow, they have alot of excuses, and kept telling me I have one person infront of me and they called people who came in after me! I didn't even have to wait that long when I gave birth. I went down to labor and delivery and my daughter came out in 30 minutes and here I am waiting 4+ hours just to get my teeth clean! DO BETTER DENTAL DREAMS!!!! DO BETTER!!

I had a good experience for my very first visit at this location. I would recommend them to friends and family. I was early and was helped with my medical card the staff was friendly during my visit.

The office people was very nice but I was waiting for 3 hours just in the waiting room because it only one dentist. It like this evertime me and my daughter go there.. Need to do better cause I'm definitely looking for an dentist office

Made an appointment 2 months early. Was half an hour on time. Keep me waiting just to tell me to reschedule. I don't want my kids to miss anymore school dates. So they want to schedule me for Saturday and said they going call me for it. Two weeks in never did. I really hope they close down what a waste of space in the plaza! Useless.......

I never went to my appointment. If I'm correct, I was told the office will call to book my next visit and when they called, I declined. Not sure where the confusion happened.

Terrible service, you will spend more than 3 hours waiting to get a cleaning done. You can schedule your appointment at 8:30 am but you will be seen at around 10:00-11:00 am. The receptionist (Spanish speaker) is rude!!!

My appointment was at 2pm and I waited 3 hours for them to then cancel my appointment because they were overbooked. Unprofessional do not recommend this place. The staff was nice but I wish they had a better system in place. Patients aren't too happy with this.

My appointment was at 12:30..I was still sitting there at 2:30 behind 4 people that needed to be seen..I took off work and took my kid out of school so we could make the appointment on time only to not be seen No stars

The dentist and staff were excellent! I was seen quickly and the dentist worked out a plan with me that is excellent! I recommend this Dental Dreams at Front and Olney to everyone who needs a great Dental practice!!!!
