This place is a joke front desk has no customer service skill not welcoming at all...The Dr. Youngwoo whatever his name is just wants to make money off insurance i went for an extraction this man trying to get me a deep cleaning did not care that i told him i was in pain and the reason I was there. Was of time an inspector is definitely needed in that place I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone....

The dentists here have no clue what they are doing. Had a root canal done here a few years back. Came back due to severe pain in that same tooth. They took x-rays aNd when the dentist finally saw me, he said he seen nothing wrong, had no clue I was in pain and only did a cleaning and told me to see a specialist. A few days later I decided to try another dentist because I was still in severe pain. He took one x-ray and saw that I had 2 huge infections in that tooth with just one glance. It also turns out that the root canal that was done at dental dreams had failed due to leftover debris in tooth. So I had to get my tooth completely pulled. They do not care about you, they only care about flying through each customer and feel no need to actually listen to you about your concerns. This place is terrible. Go somewhere else, anywhere else!

I really just wanted to let you know its not as bad as reviews say. My teeth are in bad shape and everyone has been nice and professional. Yes they let me know where to floss in a spot with higher amounts, its not personal just telling you some spots are lacking. I do try to use floss and mouth wash which i think has saved me from gum infections yet i still have deep cavities and sensitive teeth, they gave me novacaine when i said the work hurt and im fine now. I think it takes a lot of patience to have a thankless job. i understand some people may not like the dentist but if you need your stuff done this place is good for what they offer, especially helping low income Medicaid patients.

I recently came with my child not to long ago . Her appointment was at 12 we walked in around 11:54 , we waited in the lobby until 12:50 once we got inside she didn't get attended till 1:44 it's absurd !! The cleaning lasted less time then the waiting process. Never again will I come here .

Very professional and very Nice ladies. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in right away with no problems. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Anything but a dream. Please save yourself. I recently just started going to the dentist again and I thought this place would be decent. Turns out the only helpful people there are the front desk workers. I went to have a cavity caped with a temporary crown. A month later still no call that my real crown is in. I went for a emergency apt. because my tooth is now hurting and my gums are inflamed, the dentist tells me I waited to long to place a crown. I looked at her and said I didn't wait to long your office hasn't called me about my crown coming in and it still isn't in. She said I'm sorry about that but now you need to make a choice either get a root canal or the tooth pulled. I don't want to place a crown on their now and have to do more work later if you decide to get it pulled. Now I have to pay for their mistake. Save your time and money don't go here.

2YRS LATER So I gave this place another try with the same tooth as mentioned below today for an extraction. Well as Dr. Youngwoo Lim, DMD left from the patient across from me still wearing the same mask he proceeded to change gloves after this he lifted his same mask that was spit covered to adjust his glasses then expected me just let him proceed with the extraction. As I proceeded to leave I then noticed the tools they we're going to use and I had to take pictures very dirty very nasty pay attention to the in between patient contact. I went in for a few cavity fillings about two weeks later one of the fillings fell out. Well I put off going back in for about a month do to the lack of comfort. Now there saying I need to pay $800 for a root canal On a tooth they did the filling on. Now I'm in lots of pain. This place needs to be shut down. Not professional at all Not professional at all.

I would never take my kids here again. Once I recommend my mom to them to get her teeth clean. The doctor was rough on my mom and not so friendly. My mom was complaining to me that the doctor it's not so nice she cleaning my teeth like she mad at me. I felt so bad for my mom cause I recommend her to them. But I'm sure I won't take her with them again. Then The counter employee don't pay attention to you and they gossip to much. And also when I take my daughter for her appointment twice in a week. They made her wait to Long. More than couple hours waiting. I told my daughter don't worry I won't take you guys with this place again. She said please don't.

It wasn't bad I can't really complain. Its a dentist office. They helped me out, was friendly, and got me in and out. My only gripe i have is be little more talkive and open to the patients. Its rough getting work done on your mouth, for the pain try to help them out little bit more. Other then that its decent n I will be back for more work in the future

My wait was over 40min and my cleaning about 5 min. I felt as if the Dentists polished only 4 front teeth and said she would see me in 6 months. I asked if I had any cavities and she said no. However, I'm sure she didn't performed a proper examination.

What is the purpose of filling out my insurance information prior to my appointment if nobody did their due diligence of verifying it. Instead I get there, fill out all my information and wait only to be told that the insurance offices are closed. Duh, it's New Years eve of course they are. Exactly why it should have been verified prior to, waste of my time. Then I'm asked if I want to just pay out of pocket or reschedule. For what? To waste my time again?! Unbelievable.

Avoid this place at all costs. Seriously worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. Worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. The front workers were gossiping about their personal lives and they had the worst attitude and customer service. They failed to call insurance prior to my appointment not once, but twice! They just waste your time. Also, I got a filling done and it was the most painful experience ever and now the filling is falling out and I will need to get it redone.

Worst experience ever. I only came in for a cleaning, the doctor was very rude and really rough, he ended up making me bleed abnormally, and then left me in the room with a mouth full of blood.
