On Monday I had an appointment to have all of my bottom teeth removed! I was extremely scared but They assured me throughout the process. Everything was going very well! My last tooth was exhausting for for Her! Didn't feel a thing on my 4 first teeth. I just cannot say enough amazing positive things about Dr Gao & Staff!! Rock On : )

Very happy with Dr. Patel,my 2nd set of dentures and this last set, I'm pleased with, I don't have to use adhesive for the top dentures. Thank you Dr. Patel and Dental Dreams

On 10/19/22 I was seen for an emergency visit. I had wisdom teeth that desperately needed to be extracted, and they had become infected as well. Unfortunately for me, something was going on with my insurance that made me ineligible for dental work, so I payed out of pocket to be seen (obviously not Dental dreams fault) I received X-rays, was prescribed antibiotics, and told to come back on 10/26 to get these teeth out. (I honestly wasn't expecting them to be able to pull these teeth, that's how bad they were) I called my insurance company multiple times the next couple of days, and they weren't able to do anything for me.. so I called dental dreams to see what they could do. One of the front desk staff (I'm sure I'm about to spell her name wrong) Zarhina, was an absolute GOD SEND. She contacted my insurance company for me to see what was going on, and ended up fixing the issue for me. I don't know what she did, or how she did it, but by the time 10/26 came, I had no issues. 10/26 came in at 1:30, and I wasn't seen until after 2, but they're understaffed and very busy, so it's completely understandable. Dr. Patel came in and popped 2 out of the 3 teeth that needed out in less than 5 mins. The third tooth was being stubborn, but in the end he got that one out too. I can not thank him enough for doing what he does. He makes every appointment relaxing and painless. I was asked multiple times during the process if I was okay, and he explained everything he was doing every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend this place (specifically Dr.Patel) to anyone.

Great fast & friendly service A++++++++++++++ The dentist is friendly and made sure I was comfortable before doing any work. Very much appreciate that. Recommend anyone to go. My 3rd visit today to Dental Dreams the front desk lady who was working was very nice and friendly and helpful and of course the Dr. again was great & so nice definitely the greatest Dentist I have ever been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++++++++++ I got my dentures on 10-26 they were a perfect fit the service from the front desk and specially the dentist were very friendly and professional I recommend anyone to go there my wife plans on using him and I definitely will go no where else 5 ***** all the way across the board. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me my teeth look great and I can finally smile again.

First time at Dental Dreams. After the x-rays were taken Dr.Gao came and told me what was going to happen. I'm pleased with how things were set up and made me feel at ease. Friendly atmosphere and people 10-20-22 Things went well today My jaw is a little sore from holding my mouth open so long but it's okay Can't wait till it's all over with

When it's time for your appointment, they call u to the back right on time or no longer than 10 minutes past your appointment time. They are courteous. Oh yeah, when u call to make an appointment, it's usually within 2 weeks.

Very unsatisfying experience. Tuesday October 18 we took our daughter to Dental Dreams It was a rush xray polish and clean a few teeth. Thursday October 20 my daughter complained about her tooth hurt. We took her to our out of network doctor and Dental Dreams missed she had 4 wisdom teeth that need removal. Dental Dreams said everything looked good. Very disappointed
