2yrs ago this place saved my life, I had a very rare very bad infection in my tooth that had spread throughout my face & down my neck, the ER kept sending me home telling me I needed an oral surgeon to remove it&the oral surgeon kept sending me to the ER to clear the infection before he could remove the tooth. It was a nightmare. Finally I went back to dental dreams were I first started with the tooth issue, they couldn't do anything there as they are not surgeons however they were afraid for me, at that point no oral surgeon had opening to see me right away, I was going to die from that infection. This office went out of their way to figure something out, one of the assistants had a friend at the surgeons office &called in a favor for them to get me in, I went straight there that very moment, the surgeon then told me how lucky I was for getting in that day because any longer and I would have died. A nurse at Lowell general told me to go home put warm compress on it & rub it so the infection would drain, being in the medical field I know that's the worst thing to do as will go septic & die, the surgeon who finally helped me after 7 others refused&kept sending me back to the ER said exactly that "let me guess lgh told u to put warm compress on it &get it to drain" Just an fyi the nursing assistants&nurses at lgh ER have no right to instruct u to do anything like that, it's against the law, the are not qualified. I was sent back and forth from the ER to 7 different surgeons over the span of a week&a half, if you've ever had a tooth infection u can imagine what I was going through. I knew Dental dreams couldnt help me but I also knew I was going to die if I didn't get help as none of the antibiotics were working due to the "rare" infection but I went back anyway because they were nice to me&I didn't know what else to do & with no problem at all they all went above & beyond to help me, if it wasn't for the staff working that day I would be dead. Since then I've gone back for a tooth extraction, cleaning &a couple fillings, they take me right away I don't wait hours in the waiting room, the dentist is fast, efficient, with a great bedside manner & understanding if you are nervous. I will never go anywhere else & I am forever greatful for the compassionate staff. You guys truly saved my life, u have an amazing team & I can't thank u enough

Dentist / Doctors are good however support staff are not professional. They don't know how to handle any case. If I there would be option to give 0 star, I would have given 0

I was very happy with the service and that I got at Dental Dreams in Lowell. The rooms were very clean the staff was very professional they had hand sanitizer everywhere for those that wanted to keep refreshing your hands. They did a good job helping me with filling out the necessary paperwork. The dentist Dr Hoo was very gentle and very friendly. Usually when people go to the dentist they very stressed because well oh, it's the dentist. I was very comfortable and feel no anxiety whatsoever.

Looks like the dentist are experimenting on clients, not communicating exactly about the procedure if someone has a damaged tooth. Not only once it was mentioned about a temporary denture will be placed with a temporary tooth. The denture ...
