Dr. Jesus Carpio is a graduate of Temple Universitys School of Dentistry in Pennsylvania since 2003. With seventeen years of experience, he has perfected the painless injection technique. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

It was ok in the beginning. Now it seems like they're thirsty for money. They didn't want to schedule an appointment if I didn't pay for the visit before scheduling. I needed them to fix something that they worked on that wasn't done properly. I wasn't going to pay again for something that wasn't done right. I had to look for another dentist and she was willing to fix it and didn't charge me anything.

Don't come to this dentist, at first the office staff was very friendly and I never had to pay more than my deductible. Recently I've had to pay for every cleaning and I know I'm within my insurances coverage. Front receptionist tried convincing me that without insurance I would have to pay +$400 to make me feel happy about paying 160 for a cleaning. Staff is always changing seems like people don't like working here. Never again

Fron desk wont give me my xrays done at the Miami office, first they said I need an appt just to get them and then when I went in person they said they wanted to charge me for them. I have insurance and I still had to pay a lot of money for a cleaning that wasnt perform. Do your research before you approach a dentists.

I would have to say I'm extremely disappointed on how this office had wasted my time for 2 day on the same week... On Monday I had an appointment and was running late do an accident on I-95 called in to advise and make sure they would be able to see me and the young said it will be fine. When I show up it was a different story, and refused to see me, so I was forced to reschedule. I came in today for my appointment after the young lady called me told me not to be in after 10:20am, I should up at 10:19 and once's again refused to see me because they said I was past 10:20, at this point I'm over them and there inconsistency and going back and forth in there words. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will be going back to them, it was nice of me to have to drive from Downtown to miami lakes to keep giving them business at this point I'll rather find a Dentis in my area where I won't have to deal with there inconsistency. To top it off, after asking for my medical records Kelly "the office manager"tells me that she can give me a copy but it will be $1 per page, I said that was fine. When she came back said I had 30 pages and X-rays and that she will need to burn on a disc and it will be an extra $50 to do that... I asked if it can be email or if I can have my new dentist request them if I signed a release form, she said "I've never heard of that" and we won't be able to do that... What a waste of time, gas and effort I could been helping a client rather then dealing with this. It's hard to understand how we have in capable individuals working at places.

I wish I could place any star. Don't come to this place instead go somewhere else. First of all they will overcharge you. It seems Dr. Decaprio is not fair with his employees salary because they don't do the job properly and everytime I go to there, there is someone new. The regular cleaning is horrible. If you have sensitivity in your gums they will do nothing to make the cleaning more comfortable, when it is easier to just miss some steps like polishing your teeth. This is not a dental Dream, but, It's a Dental Nightmare.

I love this dentist , he has such a gentle hand ..I have gone to other dentist and it is always painful. But with Dentist it never hurts .I have done oral surgery and extractions and it has always been a success . The staff is great too. Very friendly and very helpful .. I highly recommend Dental Dream
