This place is a joke!!! Took my son in for an emergency appointment and the dentist wouldn't even touch my son...pra tically told me that none of the work could be done and gave me a referral!!! Forget this place!!!

my appointment was at 11:30 and I was not seen till 12:10. Then I was getting a cleaning and checkup after not being seen for 4 years. they did an X-ray and told me I needed a filling but they didn't clean my teeth. She scraped them for 5 minutes which hurt and when I got in the car, my teeth looked worse and I had crumbs from the scraping all in-between my teeth.

I had an appointment scheduled today for my daughter. Dental dreams will cancel you're appointment when you show up and try to reschedule 2 months in the future to be able to charge your insurance for new X-rays. Very unprofessional women at the front desk. Definitely do not recommend and will be seeking alternative care for my child.

I'd give it zero stars but it won't let me. Ive worked in the medical field for years. I have never seen a more disrespectful dentist in my life. Dr. Thapa should find a new career. The whole experience in this office was absolutely horrible. I left in literal tears with zero treatment for my child who has been in severe pain. I feel lile the worst parent in the world because of this dentist.

The secretary on 10/18/22 was very rude while I was trying to talk to her and she continued to ignoring me on purpose but everybody else works the was nice. The secretary needs more training on how to work with the public and not be so rude

Very nice people. However, they told me to have my son treated at an actual "Pediatrician" dentist. You shouldn't have a place that says adults and kids. If you can't treat my autistic child as well.

Not recommended. I was told my daughter age 4 (This company knew this info before scheduling with me) would be taken care of on an emergency bases because her tooth is broken but I was also told it would be 2 weeks witch is find most times, I waited. At this appointment, after waiting 2 weeks and 30 minutes after my scheduled time, I was told that This facility is not staffed or equipped to deal with kids for x-rays and other cavity needs so please be aware. Rant starts here: They got me in to bill me, hand out a referral after waiting for 2 weeks..? Now I have to try again to get my daughters tooth looked at.. I mean they know she was on an antibiotic already and what... anyway..BACK AT SQUARE 1. They did nothing for my daughters tooth, its still broken, the nerve is exposed and she still had a Fever.... BET, they sure billed the insurance like they did something. #hardtofindgoodhelp #moreLansingfails

People nice but when your in pain and given an emergency appointment , I expected more than an xray and appointment for filling more than a month later?

Thus far (I am a brand new patient) I really like this place. They seem concise and attentive, and my new dentist is already great in MY book, as she seemed genuine and professional, addressing my needs in an authentic manner...see how I feel next month after they yank the rest of my teeth for full dentures, but to play devil's advocate, those things DO need to finally go!

I have to admit I was very skeptical of this place. I had a couple of minor issues with the clerical staff/logistics. First off the first time I called to make an appoint I was put on hold for 30+ minutes so I just hung up. I decided to make an online appointment instead. When I showed up the morning of my appointment, I was told the online system was for emergencies only even though on the website there is a selection for new patient exams/non emergency so I believe I was told this in error because they needed an excuse to have triple booked that morning. I was asked to come back 3 hours later, which was an bit inconvenient. That being said the dentist I finally saw, was one of the best I've ever had and I've been to at least a dozen different ones in my life time. I wish I would have wrote down her name, but I'll ask her when I go in for my filling, which unfortunately the next available appointment was a month out. She was non judgmental, answered any concerns I had, made suggestions no other dentist has ever brought up, and didn't try to suggest procedures that were unnecessary. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind. She more than made up for any inconveniences I had to deal with scheduling. This was in contrast to the negative experience at Painless Dentistry, where that dentist suggested $4900 in unnecessary procedures, which I almost paid because I was clueless. I am glad I got a second opinion. Overall, I can't be too hard on this place and the trouble with scheduling and overbooking. The issue is actually on a much larger level. The problem is that there are few dental offices that are not greedy enough to accept Medicaid umbrella insurances. The result is that many large marginalized populations are funneled into a couple offices that will accept them, causing overbooking and short staffing. Our medical system needs to be overhauled and socialized so people in poverty are not forced into sub par medical care due to a lack of resources. But most people do not want to have that conversation in the US. Thank you Dental Dreams for caring about poor people.
