Well considering we had an appt and waited for one hour in addition to arriving 30 minutes early to complete paperwork AND NEVER were seen I would say this was not a good experience. Taking the day off work having an appt and still not being seen not a good way to run a business. Don't get me wrong I am very thankful that they help the community with walk ins but when you have an appt scheduled you are given a time for a reason and running over an hour late with no explanation at your first visit... not a good impression. Also if someone leaves without being seen don't ask them for a review..

If I could give negative stars I would. I broke my tooth two weeks ago. Half of my fillingvsndvtooth are missing. I called for over 5 days and left several messages with no response. I finally drove to the office. I spent 20 minutes going over the cost of the procedure. As I have no insurance, so I told them I have to know the total cost upfront. I was told it would be 250.00 but I couldn't be seen for 10 days. I showed up this morning to for the extraction and was told I had to pay another 115.00 to be seen. I have a total of 350 on both of my cards but tge said that because it could be a surgical procedure it could cost more than double so they wouldnt be able to see me until I can pay all additional charges upfront. Again i have been missing half of my tooth for two weeks now. This office is unprofessional and shady. Client care or health does not register with them. It's all about the money! Avoid this Dentist office if you value your health and safety. You are just a dollar sign.

I would have given it a 5 star rating if I didn't have to wait for over a hour, again. I believe there are usually 2 Drs there but only one because the other is on vacation or something. Regardless everything is great about this dental place, except for the wait time. It's why we made appointments in the first place. I would have never said anything but it's the 3rd time I've waited for over a hour on 3 separate appointments, I've walked out of there before because of the wait. So a 4 is it right now.

The employees were nice but I wouldn't recommend. I had an appointment for 12 pm I got there at 11:50 and sat in the waiting room until 1:45. Then they brought me to the back and they took my X-rays around 2 then sat there for another 45 minutes unseen. I just walked out because I had to get my kids from school @3 I made an appointment to sit there for 3 hours?? That is ridiculous and they need better time management

Schedule appointment for 2 in the afternoon get told they are running three hours behind. Then reschedule appointment and they lose all the paperwork that I had previously filled out. They are never on time. Unprofessional. They want you to be on time but they can't be on time for anything. I would recommend going anywhere else if you can they are not professional at all. If I could give them less then 1 star I sure would.

Will NEVER go back to this place! The dentist are the most non compassionate, judge mental people I've ever experienced in a care field! The one dentist you can tell worked or works in a big fancy facility so when he came to dental dreams, THE ONLY DENTIST IN TOWN THAT TAKES MEDICAID, he decided he was going to talk down and make you feel very uncomfortable (which going to the dentist is already scary) honestly, go to family health center, wait the five hours and get treated like a human being. DONT go to dental dreams in portage!

You always have to wait an hour or more for your appt. New dentist is rude and just a cold fish. Will not go back

The staff is friendly, but they clearly over schedule. I typically wait an hour and a half to two hours just for a cleaning which I think everybody can agree is a bit ridiculous just schedule less people in the day and you wouldn't get so many negative reviews!

The office is amazing n clean very friendly front desk Long waking time about an hour wait...n the dentist was ride Very snotty Not a person worried about feelings or how things are said. But the front end people Re super sweet easy to work with n polite. This is more a cosmetic scene more work will be somewhere else..if u need gas you can not be seen here...cosmic quick n out not serious work

Called asked if they took my insurance they said yes took all my information and scheduled an appointment for the following month. Drove from vicksburg to there only to be told they don't take my insurance. Went home called insurance company they verified they took my insurance called dental dreams back explained that the insurance company said they take my insurance dental dreams said they don't know who I talked with but of course they accept my insurance could I come back at 3:30 so I drove again from vicksburg to them only to be told again after sitting there a half hour they can't find me on the insurance. A very poorly run practice watched other people walk out before I left because they were tired of waiting

A year ago I came in for a dentist appointment and they were to give me a cleaning and a feeling in my teeth. During that three teeth literally and then used one filling to cover three teeth. All three teeth broke in the back and I came back in for another appointment and was told they were unable to give me a proper Treatment because I was pregnant and they could not lay the sea back. Fast forward I come back and I've scheduled my appointment and ended up sitting for three hours waiting for the doctors. I was asked to leave and come back after I already scheduled an appointment. I've listen to people talk about the patients while sitting in this chair as if the patient is nothing. I would never recommend this experience for anybody. I don't know how they still exist if it wasn't for the front desk or a few of the nurses assistance I don't think I would be able to tolerate any of this!!!!

Everyone was so professional and helpful. Especially the dental assistants. X-rays were quick. Would recommend this place to everyone

The most ghetto dentist portage/Kalamazoo waited for an hour just to get to the back all the utensils, x-ray machines, furniture, etc. outdated offices that take medicaid are always the worst dentist around
