Unprofessional. Went in for tooth pain and released me without showing x-rays, not listing all problems, and basically scribbled on my prescriptions which my pharmacy called twice to get more info cause I was told nothing. Both phone calls were left unanswered while they were open 10-6. I'm in more pain than I went in with and I'm extremely disappointed

Very nice people. The place was clean. Dental assistant was super sweet. Only bad part was the actual dentist, the dentist cut up my gums pretty bad during my cleaning and was really rough despite knowing I had a very bad painful tooth infection

Mean people showed up 15 min before closing time and they told me they were already closed, I needed a quick 5 min job they had already done before and they turned me away. Bad customer service

I recently moved and decided to switch dentists to this location in Joliet - I'm so glad I did! The young lady at the front desk is so incredibly pleasant to deal with and the dentist was polite and professional. I feel that a lot of dentists nowadays are always trying to upsell you on additional services - not here. I do have a tendency to grind my teeth and other dentists have tried to convince me to get a custom tooth guard that would cost a couple hundred dollars. This dentist did mention I should get a guard but even suggested I could get one at Walmart so it would be cheap for me. WOW! The only issue with the office is that it can be difficult to reach them on the phone. Otherwise, this is my new favorite dental facility

*Beware*Beware*Beware* Be careful when going here. They are always short staff or training new staff so its rare that they will answer the phone for you to make an appoinment or they will put you on a 15 min phone hold. They lack basic office and math skills, I was there to pay off an owing balance and which I had a receipt to show them what I owed, it was also signed by the prior office manager. When I get there they add an additional $100+, They printed all payments I made, but missed one. Staff either need glasses, don't have basic math skills, don't know how to use their own cpu operating system, or they are out to scam ppl out there $$$. Staff even went twice to go talk to their supervisor in the office about this matter, both staff and supervisor kept insisting that I owed more than what the prior manager wrote on my receipt said. Thank God I had all my receipts to show what I really owed. After they calculated all payments they admitted they were wrong and didnt even apologize their error. (Which was the 1st owing balance I came with). People save all your receipts and be ready to show all your past payments because they will make you pay extra for their mistakes. I asked if basic math is required when they hire people, they said no, (I guess if you can get there and be able to count to up to 10 they will hire you), So they will charge you more than what you owe, I will not be going back to this place. Their outdated cpu operating system won't show you all your payments on one sheet of paper they will print out one sheet per payment to confuse you and themselves or lose track of past payments. Also, they schedule 10 ppl for the same time of appointment they give you, be prepared to stay longer than you expected. Stay away from this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My son went in for two extractions and the dr was very rude and rough. My son was in pain, my husband ask the dr to please give him more lidocaine, she never acknowledged him, eventually did give him more lidocaine but did not allow time for it to numb. My husband asked questions and she never even looked his way. Thankfully the nurse assisting the dr was nice and answered questions. Will definitely be looking for another dentist for my children.

My Dentist is Great. Never any Pain during my procedure's and my Dr. Is very very patient and professional. My Dr. Always informs me every step Of the way. She always gives me all of my options prior to doing any treatments. I often see my dentist because I Unfortunately have extensive dental treatment plan. We are now coming to the finish line. I would highly recommend this office to any family member and or any clients or close friend. They are simply the best in the business very caring and professional as well as having the compassion for all of their patients.

Receptionist do not speak they have you standing for like ten mins while they r on the phone & the service is very very poor the dr.is very kind other then nooo u never be seen the time of ur appointment
