Well to start off they have an amazing crew in the front especially the greeters on the front desk and the dr's are A1 10/10 will recommend. Well I came in with a chipped molar and let me tell you I was in pain I came in they evaluated me and gave me antibiotics along with some pain medicine gave me an appointment two weeks later and the extraction was beautiful and let me tell you I was nervous when I got there but of course they assured me everything will be okay and boom done and let me tell you It was so quick and easy he explained what he would be doing and as soon as he started was as soon as he said he was done I love them over all an amazing crew rom the front desk to the Dr's

Appreciate the current 2022 Grafton ST. team! tThey are empathetic, kind, and foster a friendly environment. No matter how busy they are they take their time and remember past conversations! Also, even though I continue to eat chocolate and drink coffee-they are super accepting and nonjudgmental haha. -Ash

Really bad practice with dentist with attitudes and lot of turnovers ,my mother had a partial made during the pandemic it never fit well in her mouth her last appointment they told her they cannot help her anymore because the partial was not made properly for her and she needs a replacement in which she needs to pay for.Beware these people do not know what they are they are doing.

If I could put a zero I would have I was pregnant that time I had a clean up but they seen that my back wisdom teeths came out and the bottom was a bit hard to chew and they suggested to remove them himself and that I would be fine I was about 25 weeks pregnant and he made me sign a paper I didn't understand why but he just said it's for safety reason I didn't know that they in reality are supposed make me book a appointment with a orthodontist instead he has done it himself and tried to give me a pain medication that's aspirin like and my OBGYN was furious cause I was in pain my mouth was still numb and they only said it will be number for like a hour 3 is the max and the nexts day I was still unable to talk still and I was like this for a week I will never be going here again and suggest the people who go there does the same .

Not happy with them at all. I went there on a recommendation from a friend but the dentist he saw didn't work there anymore. I needed to have a tooth pulled and that went fine but 3 weeks later I went for a cleaning. Worst cleaning I've ever had. Since when do they not floss your teeth at a cleaning. All they did was literally a buff and go. He didn't even get some stuff off my teeth that I got at home with a dental pick ( I'm a heavy smoker and there was a few spots with brown tar stains on a couple teeth )never going back. Don't believe the 5 star reviews as others have said.

Worst place I have ever been, the ladies at the reception are very rude , unprofessional and they don't know customer service at all , I went in after I canceled the first time due the staff attitude, so they schedule an appointment for me, when I was there there is this Spanish lady who was registering me and the altitude she was having when she started talking to , it made me feel I was not supposed to be there and I left before even seen a dentist. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Mind you this was the second time she was unprofessional to me.I will never go there again.

The worst service of all, I called twice to make my appointment, my main language is Spanish, the girl who took my appointment, told me that if they accepted my insurance, I explained twice what I needed and I repeated what my insurance was She said yes, they accepted it, I arrived for my appointment at 10 o'clock the appointment was at 10:30 fill the form on time, they passed me at 10:40 I wait until 11:30 for the doctor to arrive and stay a minute and he left again, almost at 12 he arrived again and said that we had to make a new appointment for what I needed, I paid for my consultation and they gave me an estimate for something that they told me that my insurance would cover, no thanks I prefer to pay in another place before going back to that dental ...

Worst dental clinic ever! I wish I had listened to the negative reviews over here. Don't do the same mistake I did. It all started when he asked me to spit in the sink and it was dirty already with blood from the previous patient, that moment I knew that place was bad. Then he started my treatment and kept leaving the room without saying anything (he was working on me and other people at the same time) then after he took my teeth out he didn't suture it. Left the hole open and now it's getting infected bc the food gets in there and there's no way to get it out even though I'm brushing my teeth and washing my mouth several times a day because it's stuck deep in the hole. I'll have to find another dentist to help me with this. Don't go there, isn't worth it!

The best ever! An old filling came out and they took me in the next day as an emergency I was in a lot of pain and they fixed me right up, and on a holiday, thank you Dental Dreams I don't know what I would've done without you.

I just got a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday, took her around a minute after numbing me up and I felt no pain the day after. They're great!

This place is called "Dental Dreams"more like Dental disaster. I went there for the first time and they are so unprofessional. The Dentist didn't even introduce himself. He was so rough on my teeth and just very messy and this lasted for 5 mins. Pls RUN

Worst dentist ever. Both locations. I was once a patient at the other one, so when I called this one about a broken tooth that was getting badly infected, they told me they don't take my insurance. When YES they do and are the top ones on a long list sent to me by my health plan. The infection got so bad, I had to be taken to the ER and please, the five star reviews aren't actual patients because this business has been getting one star for year's. Educate your employees seeing they don't have a single clue about the major health insurances you TAKE and folks always get screwed. Found a far better place and they are well worth ALL their 5 stars.

Worst dentist I have EVER been to in my life! All there 5 star reviews are fake. The so called "dentists" here are completely unskilled. I honestly think that they are fresh out of school. I went through hell trying to get my teeth fixed because they made the issue even worse If you want a good skilled dentist, find somewhere else! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE. ! YOU will thank me later!!!
