They are very rude and snippy. Accuse you of having wrong insurance and or that they do or not take your insurance. They do not help problems with a broken tooth and leaves you in pain and makes you come in appointment after appointment to fix a problem that should have been fixed same day. Worst dentist I've ever came across.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The final straw was when I waited nearly 2 hours for my son to be seen by the dentist. They OVER SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS so much that you'll wait FOREVER to be seen!! Then the dentists will RUSH through your cleaning or whatever so they can take care of the next 10 people in the lobby waiting. Something should be done about this, they DON'T care about the patients all they want is the $$$. Schedule somewhere, anywhere else!! I guarantee you any dentist is better than this place. Yikes! WE WON'T EVER RETURN!!! WE'VE HAD ONE TOO MANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.

I give this Dental Dreams 5 stars because Joanne, Christy and the rest of the ladies In the reception area are so kind and helpful. Doctor N. did an amazing job with my deep cleaning and this will be my permanent place to go for all my dental needs. Everybody there is polite, kind and patient. I always feel comfortable when I go there. God bless!!!

Definitely worth coming to for any care with the tooth.. the place is we'll kept clean, friendly and respectful staff . I definitely loved my visit there!!!!

A complete joke. I came in July for extractions and knew I would need dentures. I explained to the Dr I would need immediate dentures. He told he could do the immediate dentures, but he would have to give me a referral to an oral surgeon for the extraction. He also instructed me to come back for the dentures once the surgery was SCHEDULED. It took me over two months to get in with a surgeon and get a scheduled date for the surgery. I call Dental Dreams as instructed, told them why I was coming in and they scheduled the appt, told me it takes 2-3wks for the dentures to come from Florida. I went to my appointment today only to be lied to. I was told he never wanted to do the immediate dentures. This is a complete waste of time AND GAS.

Truly fantastic staff supper Friendly's from the mint you walk into the door , the Dentists she was fantastic , went out of her way to make sure I left out of discomfort... no more pain .. Doc your the best thanks agin ... see you guys next week .. I would refer all my friend and family and know they will be taken care of ... so if your looking for a dentist you found it detail dreams

I had to wait a hour in the Dentist X-ray room. Never ever had to wait that long. Was getting extremely impatient. My Dentist does great work though.

This place is great, knowledgeable staff. Expert dentists. Office is clean and the rooms I have seen are also clean. Bathroom clean. The people seem empathetic, and genuine here. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of dental services!

The dentist is very nice and gentle every time I take my kids. He makes them feel so comfortable. Also the ladies that work at the front desk are very sweet also and great at sending reminders. Overall everyone there is awesome
