very unprofessional clinic, didn't even offer to do a routine teeth cleaning. they were in a hurry just to get me out of that office. this place is also known for giving false evaluations due to their faulty x-ray equipment. do not go here

I got two cavities filled, my mouth does not close. She didn't ask how's my bite. She didn't care. No one answered the phone when i called. I dont even trust this place to fix my bite. Update. I go to another dentist office to fix my bite, they did. then I asked for a cleaning and they said dental dreams already charged my insurance company for a cleaning. I called Dental Dreams and asked how did you give me a cleaning with no water, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. They said because my gums were sensitive they could not use any of that in my cleaning. All they could do was scrape my teeth with a metal pick for 2 mins. Therefore i used my dental benefits at the wrong place. If you have a car and can use your benefits elsewhere you should? Want a cleaning? expect a metal pick scraping and nothing else. Ps, I recently spent three grand out of pocket on emergency dental surgery at a different place, I left feeling so amazing with the customer service and care I received. When I walked into Dental Dreams I was just getting over the mouth infection I had. That is probably mouth sensitivity that they are referring to. So after spending so much money on Dental Care, I thought it would be great to get my cavities and cleaning done for free with my insurance. I left worse than when I came in. If you have a car go to any other place but this that accepts your insurance. And if the explanation they gave me was that they could not properly clean my mouth because i had a lingering mouth infection. Why did they go ahead and charge my insurance for a cleaning that they claim they couldn't do because of my infection. Or they could have sechedled me for another day to where they could do everything. I was expecting a brush to actually touch my teeth.

Don't go here if you're pregnant. They will refuse services if you are unable to get an X-ray. Dentist is very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I NEVER heard of a dentist who cannot do a cleaning without an x ray.

This is the place to go! I am a regular! The staff do out standing work and make you fill comfortable. I have recommended this place to a lot of people and they got good results! I've also had people ask me were I got my work from. I was happy to tell the " Dental Dreams "!

I have been a very satisfied patient at Dental Dreams in Chicago Heights for more than 5 years. At every appointment, everyone has been professional and very customer focused. Although there have been times when there were many patients waiting, I never felt "rushed" when it was my time in the "chair". I'm grateful that Dental Dreams takes my insurance. I'm especially thankful that Dr. Anthony and all of the employees are professional and courteous. I have recommended the Chicago Heights location to others. Thank you very much Dental Dreams for my dental health.
