The dentist and the dental assistants were wonderful. Going to the dentist could be a scary experience, but the staff made me feel so welcomed. I high recommend DENTAL DREAMS to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Got to 9:30am appointment 10 minutes early waited 30 minutes to go to the back came to the back and wait 1 hour i asked what's going on and was told the doctor does not come in until 10am and 2 people was in front of me. They moved us to another room because the water was not working besides the floor and counter was flithy and the carpet had lots of leaves on it. The dental assistant stuck herself with a used needle trying to rush and clean up which is NOT GOOD. This is bad business why are they scheduling patients before the doctor comes in it make no since and what kind of doctor allow them to schedule them in a stressful environment like this because now they have to rush from patient to patient which can lead to all kinds of mistakes

I've been going to dental dream for a year and still haven't got my dentures they loss my tray every time I started over and i went there on the 4th of November and the same thing happen.im not happy at all.have a great day

I love dental dreams in blue island they are very patient and very considerate with their patients i recommend them highly i went in for distraction and feelings and phase one of parcels received a cleaning and return date to do my feelings i did a walk in and was seen 1 hr later thank you dental dreams for helping me to pick up from where i left off two years ago now i can finally finish this task and have the smile back that i miss dearly

Called to confirm my sons appointment. They couldn't find him using his name so they used my phone number and confirmed his appointment time. I showed up on time and still waited over 2 hours with little to no update on what was going on. The lady up front tried telling me his appointment was later but never said a time and once I told her I confirmed this morning she just said she wasn't sure what was going on. I will definitely be looking for a new dentist office. I would not recommend

I was very impressed. I was prepared to wait a long time according to the reviews I read. The wait in fact was quite quick. Very nice and professional. Can't wait to continue my dental process with them.I just wish the insurance could of been approved before I got there. Now I have to wait to get the process moving.

I got there at 1215 my appointment was at 12:30 I kept asking when I was going to be seen the doctor spoke to me at 2:50 was not sure why she was going to be seeing me bottom line I ended up walking out .was very disappointed With the whole situation. Was not seen after all.

I went because my molar's filing fell off and food started to get inside and started to bother me, I was/sum till am in so much pain, asked for an appointment and they said dentist would see me the next day... got there early, got about 10 X-rays taken because a person was getting trained, ok I understood, dentist came in, after an hour and a half of me sitting inside the cubicle, told her my problem and proceeded to clean my teeth, I was ok with that too, but in the application I filled I specially noted that I had sensitivity to cold water, and after cleaning my teeth dentist proceeded to pour very cold water twice on the molar I was having pain. I groaned in pain and she said " you molar is very sensitive" (no way I don't notice right?) and proceeded to pour more cold water and I started crying. I thought she would try to work on my molar but said to make an appointment for a next time.. so I wasted almost 2 hours for a cleaning and my problem didn't get even solved. I was in disbelief , went to get an appointment and the front desk said I had to wait 49 days to get treatment, Can you believe that, can anyone wait a month and a half in pain? Mind that since I'm a low income person I have government insurance.. I'm trying to hold out as much as I can, but the headaches are getting stronger everyday, I'm having intense migraines and I know is because my damn molar... I could give you -10 stars I would. Horrible attention, I will not go back there, I'm just waiting to pass a bit more time so the insurance can pay for my treatment cause after the pandemic I'm struggling financially and can't pay for dental treatment ...
