The only reason I would return is for the dentist and I say that because these receptionist are very rude, unprofessional and need better training when it comes to communicating with patients. I'm trying to figure out why hasn't corporate been called on them yet.

Good service me and my son were new patient we both got an exam and cleanings then I got two extractions it was fast and when I got numbed I didn't feel a thing

My appointment was at 2:30pm and I was waiting until 4pm. No one came to me and told me why it was taking so long, the tech didn't say anything except randomly ask why I came in here. I finally walked out, the tech just looked at me, didn't ask if I was leaving, and no one else said anything. As I was finally driving away, they called to ask if I still wanted to be seen. I said no, I've been sitting there since 4pm. There was no apology or nothing. If you like no communication and long waits, this is the place for you. I will never be back.

I have had two scheduled appointments. Each appointment I have had to wait 1 plus hours or longer. I wonder if it is because of the culture in the area. I don't think if this office was located in certain locations where the culture and color was different it would not be such a long wait. I would NEVER recommend this place. This is my personal experience.

The dentist and the techs in back were great. They were very courteous and professional. The ladies out front seem to have attitudes and were less courteous. Maybe they were having a bad day. I'm willing to give them one more chance.

Dr Patel is the BEST! Had extraction done. No pain. He said it was important that I have no pain. Thank you Dr Patel for being so patient with me. See you 6mos.
