I asked her to be gentle because I was already so nervous about going to the dentist by myself and Ive never met anybody more aggressive. I was hinting towards it hurting me numerous times and it got to the point were I asked her to stop, now I'm going somewhere different.

I am Afraid of Needles but the Doctor made me feel like everything was going to be okay I Appreciate That it made my day and I was able to get the work done I Really like the way she Cares for People

I went here one time and was disgusted at how dirty the place was! I was concerned about communicable diseases bc it was so so filthy. I sat on a chair thst someone had soiled in. The place had a very found odor too. Other then this, the Dr was very nice. But niceness means absolutely nothing when the business you work in is filthy dirty! I never went back & I told them why~

Was very taken back when it literally only took 8 minutes to have my 13-year-old granddaughters teeth cleaned. Not sure what to think if she's really good or not good. Her teeth looked good. So I don't know but 8 minutes really!

So where would you like me to begin? I will say the front desk staff were very nice and caring and also the xray tech. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE DENTIST THO, I went in because I am having some trouble with 2 teeth and I am 99 percent sure they just need fillings, but the dentist is very pushy on just wanting to pull them. I am not okay with that and I told her that. I also wanted to get just a regular cleaning but she is also saying I have to have the deep cleaning for my gums and I have no problems at all with my gums or anything like that. I feel she is trying to donwhat sje wants to do and not what is needed and I am 100 percent sure that 2 ttleeth that need filled does not cost a arm and leg and end up needing to be 5 teeth pulled out. I am not happy with the results at all from here what so ever

NOT a CHILDREN'S dentist!! If you need basic adult services, I'm sure they are capable. First said tooth was infected, would need antibiotics, ok, 2 weeks later go back only for them to numb her up and decide they can't do it. "Have you considered a pediatric dentist?" she asks....umm Dental Dreams with a playground inside isn't for pediatrics??? Huge waste of my time. Also suggested "just leaving it if it's not bothering her"....but 2 weeks ago and while applying Novocaine says "will be so nice to get that infected tooth out" I will say the assistant is nice, I really just wish the doctor would have been truthful upfront and told me she couldn't work on kids.

I've had only good experiences every time I've come here. The Dr and staff are amazing. Very courteous, helpful and super comforting during the procedure.

I have had an amazing experience here. I see all these negative comments and it makes me think they might be "Karen's" because I have no complaints on the contrary. The Dr and the entire staff were nothing but extremely nice, comforting and very courteous. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you to everyone at Dental Dreams for being so great.

I had a very good experience with dental dreams and have since switched over to them from Lakeview Dental. They understand the pain urgency and quiet frankly desperation a tooth ache cane bring on and the Doctor thier helped out of a bad situation. I appreciate you guys heavily. I will bear gifts when I come back for more work. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!

45 mins AFTER scheduled appointment time before being called back. And the doc made me hold down my 1 yr old to brush his teeth and put fluoride on. And then said not to give him a sippy cup anymore. Which sure. But she doesn't know his medical problems. So seems judgy.

Nothing against Dental Dreams but dentists are not my favorite place to go. However, I was very pleased with the dentist and her staff. My few teeth were dirty from moving, not having adequate resources for them and COVID for dentists not taking new patients. I'd never had a power cleaning before but it was great! I hope to have better resources to treat my few teeth better now and knowing they are really clean now helps. Thank you, Dental Dreams!

They book appointments for 9am but the dentist doesn't come in the building until 9:26am, switching to a dentist office that's more professional. My daughter was supposed to get a filling, but they cancelled the appointment, when she went back for her cleaning the dentist told her she didn't have any cavities, since when do cavities disappear.

Great staff and doctor. I had few fillings done and cleaning via this office. I recommend this Dental Dreams child and adult to every mom ans dad out there. The doctor walks you trough the steps while doing the work and she has easy hands, experience, patience and very knowledgeable. She answered every question that I had while I was there. Thank you doc you're amazing and I will return with my son and husband so they can get their teeth taking care off. A+++

I've been to alot dentists in my life and I'm telling everyone. I had more than 7 teeth taken out and that woman dentist is the BEST! I didn't hear the loud grinding and didn't hear it ripping it out. Like I said I've been to different dentist and that woman is nice caring and you can tell she cares about people what she does. I will tell anyone and all go to Dental dreams on Beckley road I promise you'll be happy and pleased

Worst place to ever take your family! No hygienist, you have to wait like an assembly line and they want to charge you for things you don't need.
