My last appointment with Dental Dreams was on July 11th (a FREE cleaning and exam visit)... So, prior to July 11th, I had United Healthcare as my primary insurance and Medicaid as secondary. Prior to July 11th, I changed my primary insurance from United Healthcare to Capital Blue Cross, just like United Healthcare was a Medicare Advantage Plan and so is Capital Blue Cross. On July 11th, I was asked if I have new insurance and I began to give her my Capital Blue Cross insurance card and she said we don't accept Medicare. She instead took my Medicaid card. First thing is first, you don't accept Medicare? Well, you people was fine with my United Healthcare for the longest time ever... Second thing is, what you people told me is you didn't want to get paid for the visit. The reason why I am saying this is clearly I stated at the time of the appointment which one is primary and which one was secondary so therefore the claim resulted in a denial as Medicaid was billed which shouldn't have been billed... Oh, and ha, you can't rebill claims after the service date... Your fault not mine! That's why I said "FREE" at the top of this review!

It was pleasant. The dentist and assistant were both very nice. I was made to feel very comfortable and they addressed my teeth issues thoroughly and with great care for my needs to fix my dental problem. Thank you very much.

worst place ever, 1st time I waited 3 hrs for a consultation, 2nd time I waited 2 hrs to get service done, 3rd time after waiting 40 minutes I was told the Dr call off, with that been said, if you want to wait a really long time this is the right place to go + the staff are very rude and umprofesional!!!

A complete waste of time. If the tooth that needs to be extracted is "too complicated" they won't do it. I was also told it depends on the doctor's mood whether they extract the tooth or send you somewhere else. I was told by the dentist that Medicaid doesn't cover deep cleanings but that's a lie. If it's medically necessary which mine is! Then they do. The Dentist just has to do a pre authorization but I guess she didn't want to deal with the extra paperwork and instead wanted me to pay about $1,700 out of pocket. I have Medicaid for a reason! I'm currently unemployed. Wait times are long. I literally went there to waste my time. Mind you my husband had to take off to stay with my 5 month old and for nothing!! Smh. Just go somewhere else. Front desk staff are not even nice. You call, they place you on hold, and never get back to you.

I love Dental Dreams! Everyone here is wonderful. The dentists and staff are friendly and understanding. Appointments are easy to book. The dentists do change, but they all are amazing. I have no fear when I come to Dental Dreams. Ok. Still a little fear, it's only natural. Love you guys!

This was my first time at Dental Dreams. I was very pleased with the service from everyone there. The Receptionist and Doctor was very nice and explained what steps were next. They have a great staff. I recommend them.

Thanks to these guys I need a root canal. Sent me home woth a watch warning without telling me and my cavitie became a root canal. Told me they sent me home wothout filling becuase it was to small. If I would have showed up at my 6 months (not knowing I had a so called warning tooth) that we could have fixed it. So u sent me home to wait for it to get worse then put a 3k bill in front of my face. I should have read the reviews and not fell for your bait and trap . I waited over 2 hours to be seen after my appointment time and then when I dropped mask onnthe ground I was told I has to go to the dollar tree to buys one. Nope nope nope .

Hands down the best (female) dentist I've ever encountered, that pationately care about what she does. I'm 43 and have been to a few dentist and when I tell you she's the bomb dot com she's the best and I highly recommend her to care for my children's teeth and now my friends and their families. The office was very clean and all of the receptionist were polite. I'm so happy with the services and recommendations given. Dental Dreams have cleaned up over 20 years of junk leftover in my mouth that I thought was a part of another dentist work with just a cleaning. Thanks Dental Dreams I'll definitely return and make you my home for all my Dental needs.

This place is completely unprofessional. This is my second time I had to leave this establishment without getting anything done to my teeth, due to poor time management. My appointment was at 12:30 I was waiting in the waiting area for an hour and finally got taken back to just sit there for another 15 mins and I just left. Everyone was seen before me even the people that got there after me. Don't waste your time or gas coming to to this place. They're not worth the star I gave them. Not to mention the receptionists are extremely rude and inconsiderate.
