Here at Dental Development Center, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
He obtained his DMD degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1986, and his pediatric residency at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital in 1988. In 1989, he opened Moore Dental Services, a large group practice in Florence.
Dr. Moore is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, is board certified, and is a Fellow of the American Orthodontic Society. He is on the surgical staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Summer began her dental career over 20 years ago with Dr. Robert Ross and transitioned over to Moore Dental when we acquired his practice in 2014. She originally served the practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist and now serves as the practice manager. Summer enjoys working with the wonderful team and patients here. She believes that each team member pulls together to create a friendly environment for everyone.
Summer has been married to her husband, Bruce, since 2000. They now have three children. In her spare time, she loves vacationing, spending time working with the youth of her church, shopping with her eldest daughter and chasing her newest little one as she explores the world.
Jamie is married to Jackson and has two teenage daughters. She enjoys reading a good book in the sunshine! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, shopping and spending time with her family! Jamie previously worked with Dr. Moore for 11 years and rejoined our team in 2021. We are thrilled to have Jamie back on our staff and are certain you will enjoy seeing her friendly face when you visit our office.
Audrey graduated from the University of Cincinnati magna cum laude and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Pi honors society there. She loves the people she gets to work with every day and the patients who have been coming to our office for many years. We feel like a big family!
Audrey believes that her experience at UC has allowed her to provide the best care for patients with the help of Dr. Martin and his experienced knowledge. She is passionate about her career and excited to share it with her patients. When she isnt at our office, Audrey loves taking care of her four dogs!
Lauren has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash in 2011. Though she has only been at Dental Development Center for a little over a year, she has had her greatest experience yet! Her love for children has grown immensely since working in pediatrics and having a child of her own! In her spare time, she loves being a mom to her toddler son, Leroy, and her four dogs, and a wife to her husband of five years.
Donna worked in general dentistry for eight years before she started working in pediatric dentistry. She has been in the pediatric dental field for over 20 years and has used her skills at our office since 2006. Donna received expanded functions and coronal polishing certifications from the U of L, a radiology certificate from UK, and four years of pediatric training from the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital.
Donna loves the wonderful families who come into our office and she enjoys working with children. Her versatility allows her to work in many areas of the practice, and she always strives to help children and families feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. Donna has been married for over 31 years and she has four children as well as a son-in-law. She is also the musician/director for St. Philip Parish and Youth Ensemble and is an outdoor adventurer.
Charlene has been in the dental field since 1989 and has worked at our office since 1992. She is versatile with her duties at our office and is very accepting of others. Charlene believes in the importance of being helpful. What she loves most about Dental Development Center is the relationships she has built with her coworkers and patients. Charlene and her husband, Greg, have one son, Caden. Besides being a dental and orthodontic assistant, Charlene also describes herself as a social media junkie, live-music lover, and crazy cat lady.
Megan has been in the dental field since 1989 and has brightened our office with her sense of humor for the past five years. She loves how awesome our team is and how we all get along perfectly, which she thinks helps us to give the best possible care to our patients. Megan loves dogs and cooking. She is also a nanny and describes herself as a closet rock and roll metal head.
Tasha has been helping keep our practice together since 2005. Because she has been with Dental Development Center for so long, she feels that our team is like her second family and enjoys how we all get along so well. Tasha also loves to see the smiles of little kids at the end of their visit when they pick a prize. Occasionally, youll find her playing with our younger patients.

Dr. Moore and all the staff are total pros. They do great with my kids that are a little squirmy in the chair. Fun office, too. Highly recommend!

Great service! My son left the office smiling and he has never done that at a dentist office. Very warm and welcoming environment. Great place for kiddos who have anxiety about the dentist. Keep up the good work!

Always has good experiences with them until recently. My daughter had an appointment for her routine checkup and cleaning which couldn't be scheduled after school hours which in no big deal. Well I had to leave work early for her appointment to discover the office was closed due to illness and nobody reached out of me via email, phone call, text. So I left work for no reason. If they can reschedule her appointment she missed around my work schedule I'll definitely continue to bring her here. If they decide they don't value my time and can't accommodate that after already proving they didn't value my time by not reaching out to me tell me her appointment had to be canceled I'll be finding her a new dentist office.

We love that our kids see the dentist as a place to help them to be healthy. The hygienist always explains things in a way that is not scary and Dr. Moore is straight forward with what is going on for parents. We highly recommend Dr. Moore and his team!

We drive over 45 miles to see Dr.Moore. This is the best dentist my children have ever been too. Wish I could have grown up with this kinda dental care.

Told them I didn't want my daughters tooth pulled because it's not bothering her, and I can't afford to pay for the sedation at St E. My opinion she's 9 no reason for her to be put to sleep in the first place for dental work. I then proceeded to say can the dentist just do her fillings and seal her molars and if that tooth that needs to be pulled starts bothering her we will deal with it later. They said no because the dentist didn't recommend it. Will just because you recommend it doesn't mean I have to do it. They put $ before the patients needs. Happy to say after finding a new dentist her cavities have been filled and molars are sealed and if the other tooth starts bothering her they will numb her mouth and pull it in the office.

We are very happy with Dr. Moore and his office staff. They are great with both my little ones and they actually enjoy visiting the dentist. When my son had a dental procedure done in the hospital, Dr. Moore texted me later in the day to check on him. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment. We would definitely recommend.

We have been going to Dr Martin Moore for 6 years now. He is just an amazing dentist and my son loves him. Not many 8 year olds like going to the dentist but my kid does. The staff here is just amazing. We get right in and can make appointments that are not too far off. It's just a great service.

I just wanted to say, today was my son's first dental visit with Dr. Moore and he is simply AMAZING! The first dental visit for my son wasn't so great, the dental hygienist was awesome but the Dentist was terrible! Not at Dental Development Center! From the moment that Dr. Moore met us, he was very in tune with my concerns about my son's teeth and pain. He made sure he got a good idea of what was going on BEFORE he came over to us. And he was so calm and so gentle with my son and explained to him what he was going to do BEFORE he did it. I'm so glad I listened to my aunt's advice and took my 4 year old son to Dr. Moore!
