Dental Designs of Solomon Valley does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We are contracting providers with BCBS of Kansas as well as Delta Dental.

Payment Options We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan through Care Credit . Please see our Front Office Coordinator, Erica Sibley , for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

The range of benefits depends solely on what the purchaser wishes to offer employees or members. Based on the premium dollar paid per person, plans may cover as little as 10% or as much as 80% of dental services. Some plans exclude certain types of services, while other plans will cover a full range of dental services. The decision of how much to spend and what services will be covered rests solely with your employer and the insurance carrier.

Our fees are based on the disease and condition present in the mouth, the treatment plan selected, and the time it takes to provide the necessary dental care. We do not believe it is in either of our best interests for us to compromise the treatment necessary to return you to health in order to accommodate an insurance program's maximum benefits, which may be considerably less than optimal. However, we are more than happy to discuss a treatment plan's advantages and disadvantages with you thereby involving you, rather than your insurance company, in the decision-making process about your health.

The type of treatment you need and receive from our office is based upon the severity of your disease and our professional judgment, and not on whether you are covered by a dental benefit plan. As a courtesy to you, our staff will complete the dental portion of the insurance claim form.

If your dental benefit plan requests a 'predetermination' or 'prior authorization' we will submit a treatment plan form comparision by your insurance carrier. Remember that their review only compares the treatment plan with what your premium payment purchased. The insurance carrier does not care if you are sick, or how soon you get well. Theirs is a FINANCIAL INTEREST, not a health related one, so they cannot make this decision for you. In fact, the longer they take to review a claim, the longer they can refrain from paying on the premium your employer paid for you. Since insurers make a profit by leaving your premiums invested in their stock and money market funds, ONLY the insurer benefits from a delay in the treatment decision. The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you and not to our office.

If you receive a communication from your insurance carrier suggesting that our fee is over and above the usual and customary rate for the services provided to you, please do not accept this as true. The insurance carrier's reimbursement is determined solely by the amount of premium dollar paid by your employer. Lower premium payments result in lower reimbursements: higher premiums result in higher reimbursements.

If, after our discussion, you believe that the dental benefits provided by your plan are inadequate, you may want to discuss the matter with your employer, union, or association, so that appropriate alternatives can be investigated.

Our office staff will help you as much as possible in completing claim forms, handling insurance questions, processing follow-up concerns,lost claims, etc. No question is too small for you to ask, whether it is about your treatment, benefit plan, or statement. I was born and raised in Beloit, and have always enjoyed the rural lifestyle and practicing with my dad, Dr. Milt. I am a 2003 graduate of Beloit Jr/Sr High School. I then attended college at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where my interest in Chemistry resulted in an invitation to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry through the Early Acceptance Program. I was elected class president all four years, only declining my sophomore year to focus on my wedding to Tim Jankowski, a classmate of mine in dental school. During my Junior year, I was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, a national honor society, and at the end of my Senior year, I was also selected for the Eleanor J. Bushee Memorial Award from the American Association of Women Dentists for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership. With Dr. Milt, Imaintainmy clinical excellence through countless hours of continuing education in cosmetic and general dentistry. I continue to work with nationally known instructors on the latest techniques and skills.I am active member in the American Dental Association, The Kansas Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentists, and the AmericanAssociation ofWomen Dentists. Tim and I are both 2010 graduates of Creighton Dental School. I enjoy spending time with Tim, Graham (our son), Amelia (our daughter) and our two dogs,family and friendsas well as cooking, working out, home improvement projects, snow skiing and water skiing. I am currently scheduling patients and welcome all to our practice.

I was born and raised in Omaha, NE where I attended high school at Creighton Preparatory School, graduating in 2002, and Undergraduate at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I graduated from UNO in December 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Biotechnology before beginning dental school at Creighton University in the fall of 2006. While attending Creighton Dental School I received a scholarship from the United States Air Force. After graduating in May 2010, I attended Commissioned Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB in Alabama, and was then stationed at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE. During my year at Offutt, I completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program where I learned many new dental procedures including IV Sedation and removal of impacted wisdom teeth. After completing my residency, I was moved to McConnell AFB in Wichita, KS where I worked in a small Air Force Dental clinic with 5 other dentists to care for the dental needs of the active duty military population on base. I completed my active duty service in July 2014 and am glad to now be living and working full time in Beloit. I still serve as a reserve Dentist at McConnell AFB one weekend per month and was appointed as Dental Flight Commander. I enjoy spending time with Jetta, Graham (our son), Amelia (our daughter) and our two dogs, family and friends as well as hunting, military history, aviation and home improvement projects. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the patients at Dental Designs, both new and established.

Born and raised in Newton, KS. I was the middle child of seven children. I graduated from Newton High School the went on to college at Pittsburg State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I moved to Beloit shortly after college graduation and started working at the State Youth Center of Beloit for girls. Currently, I have been working with Dental Designs since 1998. Recently I have been enjoying assisting Dr. Jetta since she joined the practice in 2010. I enjoy visiting and helping our wonderful patients from the North Central Kansas Area. I love to see them achieve their optimum dental health and care. I have one adult son who lives in Kansas City, MO. I enjoy visiting him in the KC area and his time also here in Beloit. In my spare time, I like to golf in warm weather and quilt in cold weather.

Since graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in business administration and finance, I have been responsible for all financial aspects of the dental practice. I attend continuing education seminars along with my husband, Dr. Milt, in order to keep abreast of changes in business practices and dental technology. I assist as a part- time receptionist when needed and with other office duties as a need arises. Between office responsibilities at work and after hours, free time at home is with my family. I enjoy spending time with my two married children and their families, attending functions with my husband, traveling and working outside.

After attending Manhattan Area Technical College, I graduated with an associates degree of applied science of dental hygiene in May 2016. I joined the Dental Designs team shortly after my graduation and enjoy working with the staff and patients here in Beloit. I strive to provide each patient with excellent individualized care and enjoy being an advocate for great oral health. Each day, I hope to make a difference as a health care professional in the dental field. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, family, and friends after hours. I also enjoy helping on our family's farm, reading, and being active outdoors.

I was born in Sterling, CO. and moved to Beloit when I was a year old. I attended Cloud County Community College after graduating from High School. I've always been interested in the dental field and was pleased to join Dental Designs in 2013. Dr. Milt, Dr. Jetta, and Dr. Tim coordinated my training and I'm now a full time assistant with Dr. Tim. I continue to keep abreast of current dental information and taking care of my patients. In my spare time, I enjoy working at Plum Creek and spending time with my son and daughter, husband, family and friends.

I grew up in Colorado and moved to Beloit in 2000. I'm married, have two children and a grandson. My free time is spent with family and friends. I like to do fun runs and if the weather is nice my husband and I enjoy taking the motorcycle out on long rides. I'm new to Dental Designs and enjoy being at the front desk. Assisting you with your dental needs gives me a chance to meet and renew aquaintances which I enjoy.

I am originally from South Dakota and have been living in the area most of my life. I grew up and graduated high school in Downs, KS. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years first as an EMT then a Medical office Front Desk Receptionist. I am married to my husband Arnold Cisneros and have one thirteen year old son. My family and I enjoy spending time together grilling, campfires and most of all fishing. I have many nieces and nephews that are a big part of my everyday life. I also love spending as much time as I can with them.

I am new to Dental Designs and am very excited to assist you. As Patient Care Coordinator, I will help manage your dental healthcare needs and look forward to meeting you! My goal at Dental Designs is to make sure every patient is educated, knowledgable and achieves their very best dental care.

I was born and raised in Norton, KS, graduating in 1999. I graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2001 awarded by Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, WI in cooperation with Colby Community College. I spent my first 12 years of practice in Southwest Kansas, practicing in Garden City and Lakin. In 2013, I married my husband, Josh Bohnert, and we moved to Jewell county where we farm and ranch. We have five beautiful children, three of which are school aged and attend USD 273. After moving to the area, I practiced in Nebraska part time and joined the Dental Designs Team in January 2018. I am happy to aid in patient care and patient education. Dental Hygiene really is my life passion! I love the job, the patients, the life lessons learned from others, and the flexibility! My career in Dental Hygiene allows me to balance all my hats as professional, mom, wife, farmer, taxi driver, etc. I look forward to many years here serving our community and surrounding areas.
