Dr. Kai Weng DDS, FICOI is a Perry Hall resident of nearly 15 years, and a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After graduating, Dr. Weng worked several years in private practice while furthering his clinical education through renowned institutes including Spear Education, Live Implant Academy, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, AIC Implant Research, Aligntech, and more. Through these years Dr. Weng has gained a reputation for delivering high quality dentistry with a caring and compassion demeanor. With Dental Designs of Maryland, it is Dr. Wengs hope that he can play a vital role in the community as a healthcare leader, serving to improve the lives of the greater Baltimore area through both dental care as well as community involvement.
Dr. Weng is licensed by the Dental Board of Maryland. He believes that Continuing Education is the key to improving both professional development and patient care, and regularly attends classes to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and research.
Dr. Nina-Cecilia Santos DDS, MS is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and as a native of Perry Hall, is honored to be serving the community she calls home. Dr. Santos has had a lifelong passion for dentistry, having worked as a dental assistant after college for four years prior to attending dental school for her doctorate. As somebody who knows both sides of the profession and having deep roots in the Baltimore community, Dr. Santos is uniquely positioned to provide quality dental care with the highest level of compassion and a light touch that our patients love.
Dr. Santos offers a diverse range of dental services and specializes in cosmetic dentistry including porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns, laser gum treatments, and Invisalign orthodontic treatment. She also is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of orofacial pain and sleep apnea treatment. She actively pursues specialized education through Gordon Christensen, Dawson Academy, Aligntech, and more. It is her goal to provide cutting edge dental care and give each of her patients the beautiful smile of their dreams.

My wife and I are new patients here and recently got our cleaning done by Dr. Zanner & staff. Very efficient and enjoyable process. The office is very clean and comfortable. We are very satisfied with the results and look forward to getting our dental work here in the future.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional I felt that I was in good hands from beginning to end. The dentist explained in details my issues and advised on an action plan for treatment. Highly recommend.....

Amazing as usual. Dr. Santos did my filling which was absolutely pain-free! She walked me through the process and was very gentle...didn't feel any soreness afterwards. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a TV on the ceiling to distract you during the dental procedure. This is the best dentist office!

Dental Designs is amazing.The front office staff is awesome. Their customer service is A++. Dr. Santos is so wonderful. She explains everything to you and makes sure you are very comfortable. If I good could give them 100 stars I would.

My first time here. I love the communicate prior to my appointment. When I got there I was greeted. The doctor I have is amazing not only does he care about fixing my teeth he is willing to work with me on making payments. Im super excited to see the final result on my teeth as much work as I need. I would recommend dentist design for sure!

This was the best dental experience I have had. I used to work in Ortho & I must say I wish I knew of this office when I used to refer our patients to Dentist. The staff is soooooo friendly, educated & attentive! I'm so glad my friend who is a hygienist referred me here. I love it here! Dental designs of MD has me for life!!

It was my first time vising a dentist ever and I wouldn't have hoped for a better experience than what I got at Dental Designs of Maryland. The staff and doctors were amazing to say the least.
