I got my teeth cleaned and it was a great experience. My dental hygienist Gisseth was awesome! She listened to my problems and gave me a outline of what exactly I needed to get done first. Dental designs at lakeside village will now be my dentist of choice.

If ever moved, one of my greatest concerns would be, where do I find a dentist office as good as this one. Seriously. Berline and Dr. Gonzalez are my family's all-time favorite Dental healthcare professionals. They also have a fantastic support staff!

Showed up for my 9:00 am appointment and was told you were running 10 minutes behind. I was not taken back until 9:40 am. Absolutely unacceptable. With so many dentists now in the area, why on earth would I stay here? You have lost a patient for good.

This Dental Design location has brilliant staff. From the greeting upon entering to the hygienist and the dentist, all were sooooo friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. I have no thoughts of seeking dental care anywhere but here!

We first used this dentist for my mom, it went well at first. But when she tried to get a cleaning, it was 2k, so we decided to cancel. When I called to cancel due to my moms outrageous quote, the lady on the phone was very adamant about explaining that my mother's treatment was very specific to her needs, and that my cleaning would only be 79 dollars. Of course that was a bit suspicious to me, because from 79 to 2k it's quite a jump, and quite unfair to my mother as well. I let them know that I was in no position to be "surprised" by a sum of money after my visit, and needed to make sure I stayed within my budget. But, since I was reassured over and over that this 79 would be my total cost for the cleaning and new patient exam, I kept my appointment. The next week, I had a freak accident where my permanent retainer broke in half, leaving a very sharp wire hanging from my mouth and exposing it to cut my tongue and lips quite easily, I immediately called the office to see if I could move up my cleaning, and after 3-4 days of using orthodontic wax to cover the wire, so that I could eat, talk, and live a normal life, I came in today for the appointment, faced my fears, hands shaking and all. I arrived at the appointment sans-dental wax, with the wire exposed, and was immediately rushed to take what seemed like 30 x-rays, 20 photographs, and had about 2-3 sets of 45 minute long conversations about my teeth, the issues I had, all the treatments I had to get done (including possibly fixing a bite problem, which I found bizarre since I had braces for years, and retainers as well, and even then, was never told I had bite problem). I had no idea what was going on after two hours of exams and no cleaning, I am unsure as to whether the cleaning will happen at all. Finally, the main doctor comes in, she's in a very different attitude to the one she had when she worked on my mom, she is a lot more somber and to the point, and basically tells me I will need a more intensive type cleaning, and continues to push a type of anesthesia which I had already stated I was uncomfortable taking. She leaves super rushed, and suddenly the hygienist tells me that she can't do the normal cleaning, she has to do another type, she brings in another lady to explain the costs to me. This woman comes in with a list of papers which seem almost like a house sale contract with the amount of insane figures on it, and I laugh. I laugh at the pure insanity, and ridiculousness of it all. My mother sheepishly asked the hygienist if there was any way to at least remove the broken wire, and suddenly her reputation as a dentist was on the line because she could not remove the wire if I did not agree to the treatment plan that she was recommending. When I look down at the total sum of the treatments, the total comes out to a hefty 10,598 USD. The kind of money I'm sure anyone in this country without insurance has lying around at home, ready to drop on a dental office counter. The moment I explained that I could not afford this treatment, the atmosphere in the office immediately changed. The once bubbly and outspoken hygienist who was happily telling us about her trips and experiences, was now stoic and explaining to us the dangers of not taking care of your dental health. I walked out of the office after paying 40 dollars for the useless exams, after a useless 4 hours appointment, with the wire poking my mouth, and asking for some orthodontic wax so that I could at least eat lunch after I exited the office. I conclude with this: are they good dentists? Do they know what they're doing? Probably yes. Are they good transparent people, who will build trust with their patients and be honest about things? Absolutely not. This dental office represents everything that is wrong with the US and their horrific healthcare system. It is a system that ridicules and mocks others for not being wealthy enough to try and stay alive, God forbid you also try to have quality of life, you'd be asking too much.

This was first visit to Dental Design and I couldn't be happier! I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist. From the moment I went into the office I was greeted with happy smiles. My cleaning was the Best I have ever received. Very thorough and painless! Dr. Garcia was very pleasant and friendly. Put me at ease right away. She did an excellent exam and provided a detailed plan of treatment for my teeth. So Happy I found Dental Design. Thank you all for being so kind and friendly.

Berline has been my hygienist for years now. She's incredibly kind & does great work. I've also had invisalign and their pricing outweighed many other offices. Very clean and professional atmosphere.
